just a flying visit for one night to enjoy a nice dinner and some gambling but booked far too last minute so that everything was either booked, far too expensive or far too horrible but they had a couple of rooms left and the price was fine. Hotel was clean and the rooms big, with an incredibly comfy bed, and the staff helpful. Only downside was the casino (made me want to top myself in the 3 mins i was there) but MGM et al were well within walking distance. Can't comment on food or breakfast as no way i was leaving that bed in the morn until I had to...

the room was a themed room so it was quite ok in terms of deco. how the television looked like it was from the 80's. toilet is of good size and has all the necessary stuffs inside. staff are ok .

that was my 3rd stay at the waldo and i would stay there again. i bit pricy, but always seems to be available.

just a weak point at hotel lobby near casino entry ( cigarette smile at lobby ). friendly staff and serve good breakfast.
free transport to ferry terminal.

Waldo is a great hotel considering the competion with the big cooperate hotels. Location wise is one of the best i have stayed. With everything at a very close approximaty Price wise is also attractive comparing with the bigger hotels. Room are all newly renovated and it is great. Best to stay during race day as u have a nice view. but noise can be a problem But all in all it is a great hotel to be in with all the needs. Highly recomended.

check-in by friendly hotel staff was smooth and efficient. my room was very spacious with a large attached bathroom. an american breakfast was included in my price. the ferry terminal is only a 10 min walk away!

Fantastic service. Service staff has initiative.

Great service from the hotel staff. Hotel is quiet with a nice bar / pub at the lobby.
Very close to Sands and within walking distance to the rest of the casinos.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you like powerful shower heads, this one is mediocre. But the rest of the hotel features made up for it.
