clean basic hotel to stay in

hotel near ferry terminal. i like the setup and clean environment. one setback i can think of is that we need to cross the overhead bridge to get to the hotel.

though the price is not so expensive, the level of service and room is perfect. i forgot the plug to fit for macau type, but the staff outside the room kindly and immediately help me to lend the adjustment plug. i really recommend this hotel all the tourists to macau.

Worst hotel ever!
The room is big... which is the only good thing about it.

where do i start?
at check in my room was not ready... but somehow a smaller room was? i had to wait until 6pm before my room was ready.
there was no internet! it was not working then entire time i stayed.
there are no non-smoking rooms in the entire hotel!
the while the room was big and relatively newly remodelled the tv was from 1980.
loads of channels with static for audio but only about two with clear audio, but that's ok because they were in chinese.
the bed sheets were soft but the mattress was a slab of rock.
this one takes the cake! the desk they give you to work at is about 20 feet from the nearest power plug!?! i don't understand that one. and the lamps are all wired directly to the wall.

rooms were comfortable and bathroom is good.
bed itself was very hard mattress, and could be a lot softer.
television in the room was old crt and the desk with internet cable had no power point located conveniently (some 3+ metres away).
Restaurant Tip:
The local maccanese (portuguese) food is fantastic you should try any local restaurant

Old rooms but good enough for short stay

The hotel is definitely showing signs of age.
Price is low and otherwise the rooms are ok.
Rooms are very big with good bathrooms.
Shopping Tip:
The main tourist area has many nice shops and restaurants. Definitely worth checking out.

Location not close to shopping area

hotel rm is big with no view cos it has only small window. breakfast is ok with indivdual serving. not conviennce for late casino goer as it is quite a walking distance to big casino like wynn and mgm.difficult to get cab back to hotel as they dun go by meter and charge high rate.

Cons: It is difficult to call a taxi in. The lights in the room and lift lobby are too dim.
Pros: Breakfast is nice, staff are friendly. Walking distance to Sand to take free shuttle bus to other places.

good location, friendly and helpful staff. It is bad not to have non-smoking room especialy when you visit with small child. The view faces to the buildings is terrible as you can see underwear hung outside the building. The water pressure of shower in thirteen floor is not high enough.The room is dark.The Culture Centre is close to the hotel that is good for you if you do not like going to casinos.
