Great location with courteous staffs

Staffs are courteous, always wearing a smile and speaks good English. Room size is alright and clean. Comfortable stay there, in fact this my 2nd trip as I stayed 3N there earlier, then went over Langkawi for 2N and then back to hotel for my last night.
Shopping Tip:
There is a night food market near to Sentosa Shopping Centre which are all located near to the hotel. I only saw it from my room during my 2nd trip back (1st trip, hotel room was at other side of night food market).

Great Location, good for Business trip.

The rooms is quite standard with match with 3 stars, good for business trip but not for family. The breakfast lack of choice and abit worse of taste. Recommand to walk outside the street to take others local foods. The hotel cleanliness may need to improve, as the bed cover sheet abit dirty.

The hotel need to put more efforts in term of response in guest complaint. I highlighted to the receptionist with paper they provided to repair my room's lighting and my bathroom was full of water but there was nobody come and fix the problems until my fifth day staying there. If have choice of other will opt to other hotel nearby.

Hotel within Chinatown

Hotel's reception by staff and within room are prompt and courteous. Daily cleaning is prompt with topping up of room's items. Carpark space is available especially when you drive here. Close location to most tourists' spots, though it is about 12km to Kuala Kedah jetty. Feel safe due to room security via electronic card and heavy fire door.
Breakfast variety is quite limited and mos can be seen sometimes. bathroom safety can be improved by having bath room partition fully covered rather than semi-covered with glass panel.
Overall, enjoyable stay here.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Kedah Jetty - if going for 2 days in Langkawi, go for the 10RM per night option for carpark outside Jetty which car safety should be good. If more than 2 days, may opt for the 15RM per day, at various locations outside Jetty. Try to go for the 1st ferry cos I believe the ferry is smaller due to lesser no. of passengers. The ride can be quite bumpy. Bring food or water along to ferry cos no sale of such things on the ferry.
