It was a good clean hotel It was a family type hotel and not for couples.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
They had a water theme park in which would be great for the kids. The place was a bit isolated from other places however, they had a restaurant and a convenient store handy.

Have Potential but, ruined by poor service

overall, it was a nice weekend gateway - big studio room with nice jacuzzi for two plus, the room price inclusive of 2 water theme park passes & breakfast.
there are two major things that i'm not satisfied:
1) the receptionist is not friendly and not that professional. he treated the guests like handling registration for marathon. worse thing was the receptionist did not explain about the room no 2136 which made trouble for us to find our studio room. 2136 means block 2, level 1, room no 36. management, please give proper training to your staff.
2) i kind of expecting this to happen since i read other people reviews before coming to this resort. i checked in at 6pm and the room is not ready!!! come on management. you asked people to check-out at 12pm yet you can't utilize the 6 hours to clean up the room.
anyway, put these two (2) issues aside, you will enjoy your short vacation.

location is nice and the water park is a plus point, however, the room was not well maintained. heater broken, floor was sticky and etc. there was delay in check in because the room was full and customers who were just arrived from distance place have to wait at the small lobby with not enough chair or sofa. a lot of customers were from families including babies and elderly.
the coffee house service was bad with not enough tables and again many of us have to wait during breakfast time. need to improve on the services, otherwise the place is good for family vacation.

Really statisfied with the big and clean room.
We requested to have a king bed size(balinise style!).
and the room comes with private jakuzzi!
very nice to spend time in private with your partner!
A lot of seafood restaurant nearby too!
Restaurant Tip:
A lot of seafood restaurant nearby.
Try Juvita seafood restaurant which is just 10KM away from the hotel.
also have inroom body massage and its very cheap!!
RM80 for 2 hours!

Below Average Hotel & Poor Service

I stayed for 2 nights travelling with 2 children below 3 years old. Arrived late, so have late lunch at the hotel coffee house. Food is not that great with a price to match. Room telephone is not working so i informed the reception and the answer given was they can't do nothing about it. Hotel also gave a paper bracelet to access the water park and reminded me not to take it off for two days.I lost it due to poor/cheap material, in the water park. Had to argue with manager to reissue a new one. Room too is not clean.
