Big room and good service

We get our rooms quite fast. The service is not bad. There are many car parks for use, very convenient. Nearby has a lot of shop houses for food. The room is very large and the beds are quite comfortable. If I come to Cameron highland, I will choose it again. Very user friendly for handicapped.

We went there for honeymoon trip.The hotel is easy to look for.You wont miss it as there is signboard guiding you whether you are coming from Brinchang or Tanah Rata.I like the location the best as the hotel is in the center between Brinchang and Tanah Rata making it convenient to go for shopping or sighseeing.This is also a comfort hotel located in less hassle area making it a comfort stay.The room is spacious with king size bed.The garden outside the room is extra feature that let you relax while sipping a cup of Cameron tea provided by the hotel.There is no problem finding parking in the hotel as there are a lot of parking lot.Restaurant is just minutes of walk from the hotel. You will find Starbuck,indian food,fast food and cafe along the Tanah Rata town.The breakfast is good enough that you can have it before heading out.
The bad thing is there is lack of facilities in the hotel.You wont find Gym,swimming pool or game room in the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Fast food around the area is more affordable than normal restaurant and cafe.

Good hotel with friendly, obliging staff.
Friendly, obliging staff. Good as a base to visit other parts of Cameron. Will stay here again if staying at Tanah Ratah.

Good place. No complaints. All requests were met with quick and warm service. Enjoyed some good moments while joking with staff.

great location but hotel room is old

we booked for the superior garden room for 2 nite,but was told that the room is unavailable due to some renovation work, so they upgraded us to deluxe room for the first nite. unfortunately, the room was way out of our expectation, it was old with bulky tv, toilet is dirty with cockcroach, no toothbrush & toothpaste provided, and no indoor slipper too. luckily the next day we are able to move back to superior garden room. everything is much satisfied compare to the so called upgraded room. the hotel breakfast has limited variety, and they don;t seem to refill the food after 930am. (the breakfast end at 1030am)

Car park was an issue during public holidays however it should be alright during normal season. The room is spacious and clean however the customer service is really bad.

Great hotel with clean rooms

THis is my 3rd time staying at Century Pines Resorts. Located conveniently near Brinchang, food, massages is just a stone's throw away. It's 5 min drive away from steamboat and nite market at Tanah rata.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do try out the steamboat at tanah rata.

Good location, reasonable hotel

First impression was good when we stepped into the room. It was spacious with huge bed however when night falls and in the middle of the nites, the prayers from the nearby mosque can be very disturbing. We couldn't have good sleep thru'out the nite.

Nice Hotel and value for money
The hotel has just undergone a renovation, it now has a clean fresh interior.

I enjoy staying at century point, which is conveniently located at Tana Rata. The reception lady is very warm and helpful. Breakfast could have more selections, and better coffee. on the whole it is a pleasant nice hotel.
