I and my wife stayed for 1 night. Experienced a great hotel with lovely, clean & green environment. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Maybe nd to improve the quality and varieties of food; it was ok but can be improve.

This is our second time staying in the Century Pines Resort. It is not the peak season, so it is peaceful stay. Overall, it is good except that the furniture and the furnishings looks a bit dated/ old. Breakfast was nice with a wide variety of food available.

Nice room but lack of decoration in the room for deluxe room.
Breakfast buffet are variety and quite satisfying. Worth value price and near to shophouses and restaurant. The place is quite calm and not really crowded.

Check in was smooth and was greeted with smile by the check in receptionist. The room was spacious but TV channels were limited. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast food selection was only moderate. However will consider to stay again.
Restaurant Tip:
go to brinchang (opposite kfc) and you can see a chinese restaurant call "wai yat". try their strawberry juice. it's really yummy and value for money. the food was great too. (at least not salty)

We still love it even second time we visit

This is second time we stay here since last year visit to Cameron Highland. Hotel room is a bit aged, while we still found confortable with the overall environment, and it is clean. Only cons is no wifi in the room, and breakfast was so so.

The moment I stepped into the hotel I realized this hotel is not worth the money you spend. We were given a different room than the one promised online - looks like they have a standard response for this - we do not gaurantee on the room if it is booked online. I asked for a better room, they lied to me saying the hotel is full, it was a week day and I could see the entire parking lot empty. There is no hot water in the evenings and the beds and beds sheet smell. Pls avoid this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you wish to go around the country side, you can contact Cameron Secrets travels, the guide is very professional and the price is economical.

In times past it may have been a good hotel

The area around this hotel is fab with numerous tree plantations. The hotel location for access to local food and shops is very good. the hotel is a large building which needs renovation. We were there in August and it had only had 20 plus guests. Rooms were ok clean but smelt. Service was terrible especially in restaurant. Staff to busy on mobile phones to care about customers. It is a shame with renovation and customer service training it could be great. Once a upon a time it must of been fab but not now!

Great sight and beautifully furnished rooms

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel due to the spacious rooms which were tastefully furnished and decorated. Every light and switch was functioning and the bathrooms was clean and very functional. The flooring and bed sheets were very neat and of a good class. I have no complains at all and will definitely be staying over again.
