Smooth checked-in although slight delay due to peak season crowd.
The duplex room was huge and suitable for a family of 4. The room was clean and tidy too. Breakfast was alright although option was quite limited.

Standards of the hotel services not consistent

used to be one of the best mid-range hotels to stay in cameron's, maybe due to the festive season, the hotel services there has significantly deteriorated.
nevertheless, still a great place to stay.
p/s: i'm commenting based on staying there a few times, and i preferred their service then than now.

the road leadingf to the hotel was a long and slow one. but when we got there, the service was quick and acceptable with clean rooms. the bathroom needs a bit of attention but works for a few days stay. it was more expensive than normal but considering the time of the year, i suppose it was reasonable.
Travel tip:
Plan well ahead when driving as it will take you a long time when you go during peak holidays. We spent 2 hours on the road for the last 6km before the hotel. Beaware and patient
