The hotel is a little old. No replenish of mineral water and no housekeeping in the hotel. So have to keep calling the recep for things like hand towels etc

Great Location and service with a smile

after being stuck for 7 hours in the traffic jam, it was so great to be greated with smiles at the check-in counter. everything was as we requested. both our rooms were great, with great view. after a quick shower, we decided to take a stroll and to our wonder, everything was within walking distance. shopping and all kinds of foods was available. the price was so reasonable and the service was great as the people there did not increase the prices even though it was a long holiday weekend.
Restaurant Tip:
There were Malay food, Indian and Chinese food available. If you are not adventures, they have cafes as well.

1) Lovely Hotel
2) warm and smiling staff
3) Big rooms
4) nice location, near to the market
Cons:
1) Limited variety for Vegetarian in Breakfast
2) Bath Tub cant be used.
3) Toilet a bit small
4) Refrigerator not working
5) water bottles can be given as complimentary every day since they are charging good amount of money

Easy to find as the hotel is huge and many parking bays available.
The receptionists were not friendly. Only received one (1) newspaper for my 3 days and 2 nights stay.
Room is not equipped with internet access which is very sad. TV needs to be upgraded as well as the whole interior.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Look out for local Falls just nearby the hotel.

A nice place to stay in a very busy town! Close enough to be near all that is happening but distant enough to be quiet. We had an issue at check-in as the hotel was full and they said there were no double rooms left (which we had booked through Agoda several weeks earlier). However we stood our ground and, miraculously the staff were able to 'find' a room as we had booked.
After that we had a great long weekend! Food in the restaurant is of average quality, and there is much better eating away from the hotel. However the staff were friendly enough.

it took us 8 hours to reach there to know that me my wife would have to sleep on seperate beds. we requested to a queen bed which they said was reserved but never got and above all they never appologized. i don know whether its the hotel. other than that location was not that exciting aswel. room was not worth the price. seemed not more than a 100 or 150rm room. no variety in food and alacat was damn expensive aswel. my shower was not working and they i called them to fixed which never got fixed and i asked them to join our bed which they never came for aswel. so overall it was my worst trip ever.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Please dont go if you care about your money.
