This time I'm staying at block B which our room are facing the hillside . Room is clean and spacious . Breakfast is ok but check in was a bit slow .

Could have been better if it had been the new wing rooms.(wasn't aware there was one). The room and the toilet is rather old but comfortable nevertheless. Breakfast is rather simple and basic. However, the outside dining area for the breakfast was cooling and good. Wifi is very restrictive to a small area.

we stayed for 1 night.the hotel is located beside the mosque and you might disturbed with the prayers sound.the hotel looks class from outside and the room and bathroom is big and spacious and also clean but the towels smells.overall, the hotel is suitable for family stay.

top of the main street in tanah rata, easy reach of everything

reception staff were helpful. requested top floor room with a view and were given one.
breakfast adequate, but not a great selection.
room was comfortable, but shower curtain needed a good wash.

1. Lobby of reception is grand and nice
2. Building needs touchup and maintenance. Wooden door of room and bath need to re-paint. Wall has water mark and pasted with paper.
3. Cleanliness can be improved further especially the bed sheet is old with stain.
4. Breakfast is acceptable.
5. Staffs are helpful.
6. Spa is nice but short of staff.

hotel was pretty good - things were clean and the room (and bed) was very spacious! we had a king delux bed and ordered an extra bed (total of 3 people in the room) and there was still plenty of space to walk around. hotel staff were very helpful - especially regarding getting us taxis to different places. only issue was that the included breakfast was not very good - i guess there aren't too many other good options for breakfast in tanah rata, so comparatively century pines' probably wasn't that bad...however none of us were impressed by the included breakfast at all.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
taxis are actually not that expensive in Cameron Highlands and the hotel was very helpful finding us one (e.g. RM10 to Brinchang).

i was attracted by the hotel surrounding environment when passed by about 2 years ago. i love those palm trees! first impression when walk in to the hotel is, 'why the lobby is so dark'? it appears that this hotel has a little over react on 'go green' by turn off most of the lights even in main lobby area. i booked two rooms with them. the other room for my mother is great with everything in good order. while my room has many little defect such as phone and tv remote are not working, hair dryer is missing and one of the bathroom light blinking. breakfast is good and overall staff are good.
