Quite pricey for lousy services
5
The deluxe room is okay with king size bed. The quality of food served at buffet breakfast was quite disappointing. The location is good since it's quite near the stores. The frontdesk officers were not very helpful. I had to change my room card twice to get into my room.

The stay in Cameron is great. The hotel is not located in the central of the attraction but is just a great lovely and peace location.
The room is comfy with all the amenities provided. Great hotel but the breakfast is not up to international standard.

Nice and pleasant!
Location and comfortable room
7.3
it's was reasonable good! although the rooms are not too new, nonetheless it is comfortably big and spacious! love the huge beds they've got and the nice mini balcony that offers a garden view. a lot of privacy for couples and even with the balcony doors wide open, no one could really look into your room since there is no near building in the surrounding.
in general, i would suggest you to stay here for the location! perfect location and 5 mins walk to the city only! where you can get good food and local tour packages at a cheaper rate!

Essentially what you need
7.7
my stay in century pines resort was an impressive one.
the staff were polite and helpful.
the room was clean.
although there was a shortstop while i requested for extra pillow,
but that wasn't critical.
overall, thumbs up to the cleanliness and politeness.

Nice hotel with good ambience
Comfy rooms and friendly staffs
6.7
I like the ambience of the hotel and love the room! Very cooling and refreshing air especially in the evening. Ample parking available, so don't worry. Breakfast is pretty basic and limited choices but can always opt to eat outside. Only problem I had was the telephone in the room where there is no phone directory, so had to call reception to transfer calls.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try not to go during peak seasons, i.e. school holidays because there'll be a lot of cars, buses and congestions which makes the sight-seeing rather troublesome.

Clean and comfortable room but aging furniture
Clean and comfortable room
6.7
The aging furniture and features of the room caused us trouble when check-in. The room lock was malfunction but was told that there were no other rooms when I asked for a room change. It took 30 minutes for the technician to confirm that the door could not be open and finally I got a new room. Obviously, the staff did not tell the truth. Then, I found that the balcony sliding door of the new room could not be locked. It took another 30 minutes to fix and in total, we took an hour just to settle down. We got a good night sleep until... 3am, some local youngster burnt firecrackers and shouted hysterically in the opposite garden located just in front of the police station... 5am, loud prayer from the mosque nearby. Overall, we had a pleasant stay as the room was clean and comfortable but discounted by the above incidents.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the steamboat at Strawberry View Restaurant located at Kea Farm. The food was okay and the real enjoying part is that you get scenic farm view while seeping delicious hot soup with cold breeze blowing to you.

Near Tanah Rata down town
Location is good. Easy to accesss Tanah Rata down town
7
The card key didn't work, but the stuff change immediately.
There is no face towel, only bath towel. Need to switch on the heater for using hot water in bath at least 30 minutes before.
Breakfast is not so bad, but the kinds arenot so many.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tanah Rata is almost inner part of Cameron highland from Ipoh side. So there are many sightseeing place on the way to hotel.
It is better to consider the root of sightseeing before check in.
