Overall, we satisfy with the hotel. The three main comments are the help desk slow response, no wireless coverage at the room unless we access at the hotel lobby and the hot shower (need to turn on 30min before it get really hot).

Great location
Great location, walking distance to shops, bus station, eatery etc. Room is big and clean.

better improvement could be done for the breakfast (food was bland, service was slow) and staffs at the front desk. Room was cold, but no slippers in the room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk around the tanah rata area, you can find many agencies providing day tour.

big room and beautiful environment

a good stay in this hotel because they allowed me to check in earlier.however there are no entertainment in the hotel and no wifi in room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
can join the tours u like..boh tea plantation and sunrise i would like to recommend.it would be better if the tour provide more time for the tourist to enjoy the view and tea there..

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
the 1 night stay in this hotel at Cameron Highlands really makes me feel extreme relax and recharged. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and fmly and will definitely be my choice on my next visit.

Location of the hotel is great, staffs were helpful, Room size was decent. Parking space provided was sufficient and safe. Breakfast provided was not too bad. There is few things the hotel needed to be improved on, rooms were a bit old, utilities provided was minimum (no wine glass, etc.) air-conditional was a bit old. Toilets need to be re-furbished to maintain its standard. Balcony in the room was plus but please do improve on the noise insulation. Overall experience was not too bad and if the hotel room can be aligned with the price tag (quite pricy for such minimal facility in the room and with its condition), I think recommendation for friends will be given.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The tea farm was great and just ten minutes drives from the hotel towards the direction of Tapah.

lovely place,nice room but bad service,condition

lovely place, affordable price but room facilities was not compatible to the price. no toothbrush, no heater,water heater in bad condition,need to call roomkeeper to refill the tissues, replace tv remote batteries, breakfast service also so bad. my expectation was to have a nice enjoyable breakfast but unfortunately just have a no taste fried mee and glass of milk..

Nice location, rooms need some serious maintenance
Nice location that's near a lovely playground and walking distance to nearby shops & restaurants

we were pleased with the overall outlook of the hotel and location of it as it was really near some restaurants and shops as well as a lovely playground just opposite the hotel.
however, the room we had needed a lot of maintenance work i.e. color on the tv was really off; water from the shower would seep through the cracks and flood into the little area that housed toilet. on top of that, there was bad drainage in both areas, so there were 2 shallow pools. thank goodness for the bathtub as that was the most reliable place to shower if not for the lack of hot water on the last day of our stay. it was a shame too as the hotel had taken away the tub stopper (due to some drainage/piping issue) otherwise a soak in the tub would've been heavenly.
on the 2nd day of our stay, after returning from having coffee and some sightseeing, we came back only to find that both our keycards weren't working! i've never experienced that before in my many years of traveling and staying in various hotels. that was definitely a first for us! that didn't leave us with a very good impression of the management.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Really lovely, cool weather during our stay there. What a much-needed climate change from the hot and humid Kuala Lumpur!
