Overall im quite satisfied with my stay except without Wifi service in room, we need to proceed to cafe for internet access.Room is clean and good service staff,not much variety to choose on the breakfast,its still a great place to relax and spend some sweet moments with your family or loved ones

located at tanah rata, we drove there so location is not an issue. the only complain is time for check in is too long, maybe they are short of staff because it is two days before hari raya.

front desk gave us a key to someone's room, and i have to go back to front desk to wait and change to another room.
when in room, then i found out that there is no rubber stopper for the bath tub, paying for a premium hotel i would expect to have a full service, only to be rudely told that they purposely took off the rubber stopper to conserve water or something.... but it came to a happy ending after i complaint it to the manager and he agreed to gave me the rubber stopper.
all in all, the room is big, the place is clean except for the front desk service.

Cosy Comfortable Hotel

the rooms need to upgrade to better, no heater after 12am is inconvenient as it's so cold when we wash hands. but at night, it's windy and cold even if we close all windows. it's so nice to do bbq n steamboat inside the room, but perhaps need to have more glass and plates. overall cleanliness and standard of room is satisfied. besides, the hotel exterior is beautiful especially for photographers !

the hotel room very clean n very big,i atay at this hotel feel very relax n happy.hotel location not bad near by the town and can find the lunch or dinner easly.at nigth if u wan drink a coffee can go starbuck they close on 2am.

To hotel to recommend if you are at Cameron

this was my 4 times that we are staying at this particular hotel. i have absolutely no issues with their services, room and breakfast. room was clean and spacious. satellite tv channels are provided ranging from movies, cartoons and sports. although it would be perfect if they provide wifi access as well. breakfast at the coffee house was good as well with wide selection of western and asian staple food for breakfast.
Restaurant Tip:
For best organic steamboat, do try out Ho's Organic Farm located at Brinchang.

Great location at affordable price

easily accessible, close to town shops, the least walking distance but not at the most crowded area. century pines resort is located at tanah rata, where i can find all that i need in cameron highlands.
rooms are good, i took 2 rooms (linked) for my family. though some areas of the room are 'aging', but a bit of maintenance improvement will be able to correct that.

Aged hotel with bad service

The entrence of the hotel looks great but the rooms are very aged and there is no hot water (only for 5 minutes) in the Superiour rooms. We booked an superiour room, but the room was in a seperated building next to the hotel. Which means that if you want to go to the reception, breakfast area etc. you have to go outside and enter the hotel again, which is not very nice since it rains a lot in Cameron highlands. The room was very aged and the bathroom was not clean. When we complaned about this at the reception they only told us that we could book an upgrade to a deluxe room (since when is superiour worse than deluxe?) and pay for it. When we wanted to take a shower later on the water was only hot for max. 5 minutes. Taking a cold shower in Cameron highlands where it cools of to 10-15 degrees at night is not that nice. We went back to the reception again but they said there was nothing they could do (only give us an upgrade if we payed..). I have never had such a bad service ever in a hotel. Don't book this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Go and eat at Rosedale Bistro. It's packed every night and they have excellent food. Try the teriyaki salmon. It's great!
