You will find it not bad
Basement car park, service is ok, room is clean, super king size bed suite my family with two young children

the time i reach the hotel it was raining so i was happy that there is a basement car park in the hotel. the room in clean and the super king size bed is nice. the restaurant and its food is ok. we had steamboat there for our dinner and it cost us per person(adult only). price is a bit expensive than restaurant in the town but it save your time to go out and is convenient especially in raining day.

Decent hotel with a good location

one of the better hotels in the area.

we were originally in a superior room in a building away from the main hotel building. the room felt damp and cold so we upgraded to a deluxe in the main hotel building. this was much better - warmer and fully double glazed. if you stay here request a room in the main building. the room itself was large with good facilities. the breakfast was only satisfactory with both asian and western choices. the gym was small and lacked adequate equipment especially if you wanted to lift weights. also you can only use the spa if you buy an expensive massage.
if you do stay here, check out the cats and kittens behind the spa area. we had great fun playing with kittens 'stinker' and 'ginger' and their family.
Restaurant Tip:
we had some good and not so good food here - the steam boat and banana leaf dishes were poor - avoid! instead visit the local market for food, but get there early about 5.30 to have a choice.

Not satisfy with the so-called "room with balcony'

1. The room was so cold that I didn't really enjoy the room as the flooring is wooden instead of carpet.
2. The package offers bathtub and shower yet I am not allowed to soak in the bathtub. Feel so cheated by this!
3. Staff were not helpful. It was raining and give us the answer no when all we asked whether they can spare an umbrella for us. Such a big hotel, can spare a single umbrella??
4. We were not inform that we can park on the basement when we have difficulty to park during raining time. Upon our returning to the hotel, we were not inform that we can park at the basement.

Not a very comfortable hotel to stay in. Had booked the deluxe room, but it was cold ,& damp and not suitable to be called deluxe. Bathroom was also old.The lobby does not even offer comfortable chairs.
Travel tip:
There is nothing much to do there if you get rained out.

everything is fine. we just feeling weird when step in the room. it feel like old and hustle room. we stay at top floor, last room. "c205". we cant sleep well even the weather is nice. sorry to say that.

century pines has a fantastic location in tanah rata. ample parking space is provided by the hotel. since it's such a small town we left our car at the hotel and walked all around town. many restaurants are located right across the road from the hotel. great stay.

first of all the cameron highlands is one of the best places to be in rest in malaysia with a very lovely weather. this hotel also has big and clean rooms and lovely area. having the breakfast is very important to us, then we have enjoyed morning from variety.
