Great Location, Spacious and Clean Rooms

Check in was hassle free. Duplex Suite at new block is spacious enough for 5 persons or active kids to run about. Staircase to bedroom at 2nd floor is fully carpeted. Adult supervision is necessary though when toddler is around. Both Bath Rooms are Tip Top Clean.
Stayed at the highest floor and enjoyed morning cool breeze at the balcony. Slightly noisy at lobby but only when there's big crowd coming-in for seminar or during check-in time..
Breakfast - would be nice if can add more variety to the salad and fruit corner.
The only hiccup is the condition of the Sofa Bed - Guest please remember to request for new Sofa Bed Cover during check-in
Overall Hotel is fine and value for money. We don't mind coming back here again.
Others - Located in between Ringlet and Brinchang which is very convenient to drive to either place and just walking distance to the town.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Playground is directly across the hotel. Parit Waterfall is about 15 mins walk from the side of the hotel but narrow, slippery and bushy pathway - not advisable to bring small kids along as good handling of them is required...use alternate route instead.
Shopping - more souvenirs shops at Brinchang area.
Sightseeing - most sightseeing areas are either on the left or right along Brinchang and few more towards Ringlet

Food is not a feature
Clean and comfortable but starting to show it's age. Close to Tanah Rata town centre with a variety of restaurants nearby, which is just as well as the hotel food is served warm and with little imagination.

Convenient location for those interested in walking the nearby trails into the hills and to waterfalls. Walk No 4 (following a river to a waterfall)starts adjacent to the hotel car park.
Hotel has no ground to relax in but a well kept public park is opposite the hotel entrance.
Shopping Tip:
Famous for locally grown vegetables and strawberries but they are sold at tourist prices and actually cheaper in supermarkets back in the lowlands.

as the hotel is within walking distance to town, it's a great place to stay. the room is comfortable and spacious. breakfast is acceptable with quite a variety of choice. friendly staff. hotel comes with parking facilities.

Lovely Hotel but lack of friendly staff

Love the location. Hotel is in front of a beautiful garden and field where you can do your morning walk or jogging and enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast was good but not great and I find that it lacks varieties and the menu was the same for the 3 days I was there. Rooms are quite big but the toilets need facelift.

beautiful hotel which is just great for holiday and relaxation.
like the garden that is just outside the superior room
where you can just sit on the benches to drink coffee/tea, read magazines and simply enjoy the nature and smoothing weather in cameron highland. it really relaxes you and get you away from the stressful hectic city life.
wi-fi are only located near the reception.
it would be good if wifi facilities are extended to the hotel rooms.
