Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

the hotel is comfortable and spacious. d deluxe room with superking-size bed is roomy enough for family of 4 - 2 adults with 2 kids. i specially like d restroom, where d shower, toilet and tub are seperated thus making d restroom sharing is possible. overall, our stay was pleasant. one glitch tho, the waiter should be more corteous when telling that clients hv to pay 4 d kids' breakfast

Near to eatery place by walking distance

The check in process is slow. I book 2 rooms and the receptionist mention that she will give me one room that face the garden and the other room that face the hill. Upon entering the room, found that the garden room that she mention is facing the road and it was noisy. On the room that facing the hill, there are shelters house that stay by the hotel workers in the ground. At night, the workers actually burn something and i can smell smoke from my room despite in level 5. Room cupboard are dusty and the white bed sheet has stain.
If you are late for breakfast where you reach around 9 am, there will be no table left and you need to wait.

I'm really enjoy and happy staying in the hotel. Although without aircond and fan, we still can feel the holiday. Will recommend to my family and friends.

This is the second time i stay in this hotel with my family. The duplex suite is very idea for family as the space is big enough for kids. The room has two floors and two bath rooms. Clean enough and value for money.

reasonable hotel
good location and nice environment
6.3
good place for family and the location was nice. it was close to the playground and shopping areas as well as the restaurants at the town centre. there was also ample parking at the basement and the facilities adequate. however it would be nice if internet facilities are available in the room not only in the lounge araea.

Very peaceful area. We like it a lot, but only the breakfast is not very special. Thanks to the hotel worker which are very friendly. The surrounding is very beautiful with flowers everywhere.

Dirty with a stale smell everywhere

We arrived about 9pm and the entrance looked good but then it was all down hill. The rooms were not near each other, they smelt and my children's room didn't even have clean sheets. We couldn't even get a meal that evening at the hotel and they sent us down the road to somewhere which had very loud music and wasn't at all suitable so we went into town where we were able to get food. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had - truely awful.
We asked how to get to the tea plantation, not realising there is essentially only one road through the place, they even charged us for the map!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is one road through Cameron Highlands so finding all the sights is easy, don't bother buying a map

Pleasantly Subprised
spacious duplex, clean rooms, privacy within a single unit, great location, good view.

we were a bit worried when we read the reviews on the hotel complaining about cleanliness of the beds, the tv not working and the run down toilets. but we went ahead and booked our room due to the location. when we arrived, there was a slight delay waiting to check in as there was only one staff at the reception counter. luckily, we arrived 2 days before the weekend so the wait wasn't long. the reception staff was a bit cheerless but we were checked in without much fuss. my children was estatic upon stepping into our room as there were 2 tvs! no more fighting for their favorite programs. the king size bed upstair was huge, roomy enough for 3 of us (me, my wife and our young daughter) while my teenage son happily put up with te sofa bed downstair. the duplex is located on the top floor so the view is great. food was not a problem as the shops are a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. we will definitely go back to this hotel on our next trip up cameron highlands
Restaurant Tip:
We would recommend the Lord's Cafe(formerly known as T-Cafe) as the menu was good for a small family and the prices reasonable. The other place we went was the Ho's Organic Steamboat. The food is fresh and the place comfy, though it took us awhile to find it.
