lovely hotel and service with a smile
free wifi, nice lobby, large car park, walking distance to main town with plenty of eating outlets, etc
7.3
we were given early check-in @10.30am! which was a great relief since we started very early in the morning and thus we were able to take a good rest before going for lunch. room is large and facing the hill-view, air is fresh and green and we can hear birds chirping - so close to nature and so relaxing.
we were given an extra large king size bed - soft and very very comfortable. overall it was a very pleasant 2-day stay at century pines resort!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There's a fairly big garden cum children's park in front of Century Pines Resort. Do take a morning walk after breakfast and enjoy the various colourful flowers and plants. The children can have fun at the playground too.

had a lovely time at the century pines resort. went there with several colleagues for a short holiday. very clean rooms, lovely view with nice garden in front of the hotel. short walking distance to tanah rata town centre. plenty of restaurants which are reasonably priced. particularly enjoyed the massages from skilled reflexology masseurs. hotel is also quite close to attractions such as the boh and bharat tea plantations, rose garden and strawberry gardens. pleasant staff makes it up though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
don't go during public holidays, weekends or school holidays. Cameron Highlands will be very crowded with visitors.

A compact hotel, with reasonable facilites
fresh-air, not too hard to find, considering the overall location of the highlands (signposted along the main road for guidance), breakfast was good. We also asked for one king-bed; a real gem of a choice!
7.7
We only stayed here for one night, and felt it was a good choice for this. There are cheaper options in the area, but after a long, arduous drive, the king-sized bed made it worthwhile. I felt the room could have been better organised and cleaner, but the resturant food and breakfast was above average. Free wi-fi too was a big plus
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This area was a great choice to get away from the city and see another part of Malaysia. The Cameron Highlands offer great views, tasty strawberries, fabulous tea in the plantations, an interesting drive(!) and cool fresh air.

Hotel lacks common facilities i.e. pool and internet in rooms
Don't bother about the 'free' breakfast, I would suggest the nasi lemak or roti canai down the road. Buy bottled water because water from tap is murky.
Room service also does not have enough 'compliment' water bottles for each room when making room up. No face and hand towels in room too - have to request from front desk.
Rooms fittings are not maintained - toilet bowl tank keeps leaking water, hence wasting water; bedside lamps' light bulbs are not replaced.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go to brinchang - 5 mins drive up to have steamboat at ok tuck restaurant. less lights on the signage, but it's cheaper and more delicious.
cameron valley tea cafe and bee farm has nice views to enjoy

Superb location.
Bad service; upon arriving, no greetings no smiles.
Breakfast; nothing to look forward too. There's no label to every buffet set.
Staff; no nametags on staff
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There's alot of tours you can choose from.
