Cosy room with a wonderful garden
Friendly staff, beautiful garden, lovely layout and setting of the hotel, proximity to eating places and a wonderful playground for the kids just across the road

The best part of the room was definitely the garden. Unfortunately, the toilet was cramped and the bathtub had a pipe that drained the waste water directly onto the toilet floor, which left the toilet wet and dirty most of the time. Extremely icky to use the toilet. The hotel is definitely worth 4-stars, but I would rate the room toilet a miserable 1 star.
Restaurant Tip:
Jasmine Cafe's Mixed Grill and Chicken Chop are worth driving up the mountain for! Located in Tanah Rata.

Lovely hotel with great location
Deluxe room is very spacious
8.7
A pleasant stay although we stayed only one night. Breakfast was very good, we had our breakfast at the corridor of the coffee house enjoying the morning view. Overall was excellent, the only thing that we don't really like is our room location which facing the bushes.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Facing mainroad would be great, ours is facing the bushes.

Okay stay at good location
6.3
The stay was cool as the weather...
Only 3 things bothering me so far...
1) Their breakfast food serve. Not much selection and less in taste...This might be subjective but it doesn't meet my expectation.
By right the main course itself must be more than 2 selection but for 2 days stay i get Nasi Lemak on 1st day and Fried rice on 2nd day...I would expect there are others selection such as fried noodle, fried mee hoon, roti canai, local dumpling and etc.
2) My bathroom was flooded as due to the drain stuck by a bunch of maybe dust, hairs and so on...It was very unpleasant when you have to remove them by yourself.
3) Even though you are at the peak which the weather are cold (not so cold for me), the room should come with air conditioner or heater so that the guest can choose which one the want to use. Taking Genting highland as exmple, their hotel are air cond ready. The guest can shut it off or on it if they want to.
Maybe my expectation is too high and all highlighted above are minor, but still there a room for improvement for the hotel management to consider.
Travel tip:
As there are 2 big town at Cameron Highland, you may want to consider flip on the Brinchang town hotel for your leisure stay.
This hotel is at Tanah Rata Town.

Nice location, friendly staff.
Tucked in nicely at the end of Tanah Rata street, quite cosy actually.Nice view from suite.
5.3
Rooms are nice, but furniture's old. Toilet choked, called twice before housekeeping came. Breakfast spread quite basic and restaurant staff were slow to clear the tables.

Great hotel and value for money

I enjoyed the stay. The hotel is spacious and clean. Overlooking the mountain pine trees. The service is moderate and the staff are helpful. The car parking space is excellent. There is an open parking space and basement parking are available too. The Restaurant food is moderate although I feel there should be improvement on the portion of the ingredients.

Large spacious two-storey room
Affordable family suite, convenient location within Tanah Rata,

Service was prompt in setting up the extra beds however the extra beds were too firm for our liking. Free Wifi was only usable within the hotel lobby and was not accessible from the rooms.

Good location within walking distance to shops
Clean and near to a park with playground

This hotel is in Tanah Rata town. Plenty of shops and eateries. We`ve upgraded to deluxe room but it was (paid extra) the wrong decision coz the only difference is the size of the room for we wanted bigger beds. Breakfast was inclusive but food selection was limited and very slow in replendising.
Shopping Tip:
Do buy your flowers and cactus at the night market (Brincang), its much cheaper than all the stalls at tourist spots.
