Great location and big room

There's not much to say about this hotel, We booked the Duplex Suite because we were a family of 3 adult and 1 child. The room was quite big as it is a double storey room. Ambient is ok, nothing much. The food was okay... I went there on Christmas day and yet I can easily find parking. It is near to the park and you can just walk to many points of interest there..
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to use your laptop from your balcony, you can receive the Lobby and cafe's wifi signal from there.

An awesome very lovely hotel. Me and hubby was very delighted the moment we approached the hotel lobby. Lovely nice hotel features everywhere.If not of our booked flight we would have stay one or two days more. The room was very big and clean with nice furnishing. The view from my hotel was not that great as it was facing the main road but good enough not to have anything blocking the view. The room service was prompt and almost everything was well-maintained. The set backs that I experienced was the check-in time. I got to wait for almost an hour after the check-in time. The front desk staff was not that polite and some were unprofessional when dealing with customers.

Generally the stay was OK as we were out most of the time and were at the hotel only to sleep and have breakfast (breakfast was decent). This room is suitable for family with kids as it has a fenced little garden behind it. There is a long bath which is not a bath tub so no stopper was provided. Plenty of car parking area.
Location was great - 2 mins walk to shops and restaurants. There's also a hiking trail right behind the hotel.
Improvements: For a 4-star hotel as stated on Agoda, Century Pines needs to update its room furniture, buy new bigger and better towels, and provide traveling pack (there weren't any tooth brushes and toothpaste). One of the better ones on Cameron Highlands but generally seems like a 3-star hotel.

The overall experience with the hotel was good. It’s very near to the shopping places and also near to the Indian food restaurants. There is a park nearby where the children can play in the cool weather. The only drawback is the check-in time which was too late (2:00 PM) if you come by bus which reaches the town by 12:30 PM and the hotel is very near to the bus stop.

The only thing that we not satisfy is the rooms arrangement, we booked 2 rooms for 2 couples, they should arrange rooms that stick together instead of separate us.
