Decent Hotel but limited facilities

The resort is quite a distance from the road so we get to enjoy the quiet ambiance. The hotel staffs were all friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was lack of facilities. The SPA service wasn't great. The worst part was the buffet breakfast. The food wasn't enough to cater to the guests. The buffet table was always empty. Furthermore, some bread were moldy.

Fantastic Hotel

Nice resort right in the Tanah Rata town, 5 mins walking distance from the shops, restaurant and the market.

The deluxe room was very spacious, bedsheets were clean and nice smelling. Note that the hotel does not provide toothbrushes and the body soap was not very nice smelling. But overall, the room gave us a really comfortable feeling. The weather in Cameron is great and the view of the pine trees at the hotel was a great sight. Breakfast was nice and they had a good variety as well. Overall we would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
Restaurant Tip:
Must go to Cameron Valley Cafe and try the teh tarik and the teh halia, AMAZING!!

Average hotel

We've some great time in the hotel for family gathering, overall the room is clean and with good maintenance. But a little comments on the TV, there is no Astro in order we could select mutiple channels we like. Further more, is a very conventional CRT type of TV instead of plasma.

Great Staff, Honest and Friendly...
Walking Distance to Town, Clean, Large & Comfortable Room.

Stayed for a night coz the 2nd night was already full at time of booking.. Seems like a small hotel but the room was great. I left my valuable gadgets at time of check out and their staff call to return it....
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For little bit of adventure, you may try to river tracking from Tanah Rata to Kg Sedia... Nearby Taman Sedia, friendly village and you may find attractive things to do there....

Pleasant hotel, enjoyed my stay

I've read a number of reviews about the rooms stating they're run down, not well-maintained, etc. But my experience was fortunately pleasant (either they've undergone some maintenance or I got a relatively good room [505]). The room was spacious, bed was huge. Bathtub was not allowed to be used for soaking though. Although based on its appearance (a few stains in the tub), I wasn't tempted to do so.
Breakfast wasn't great, there weren't enough tables for everyone. Variety of food and taste was average. Food wasn't replenished as quickly as I would have liked, but was not overly slow.
The gym is small and looks underused. Staff was friendly and prompt.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
try the pumpkin and sweet potato balls - so yum!(can be found at night market)
if you're heading up to the mossy forest or boh visitor's centre (basically higher up), leave early. we got stuck in a jam at brinchang and after.

easy quiet hotel .comfy friendly very large rooms

The location was handy as it is within walking distance to all types of culinary delights which are in abundance around the area. The hotel was clean and the garden rooms were large and quiet and very comfortable.staff were very friendly, parking very convenient and overall we had a nice stay.
Travel tip:
The water fall track leading to some nice jungle tracks are just on the left of the hotel and worth a try if one is looking for some exercise
