Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were no where near as nice as pictured on the website. It was quite dirty and had not been cleaned properly and had cotton tips, rubbish and hair on the floor. There was no air conditioning or heating. You were not supposed to take a bath and the shower heads were not user friendly. The toilet had a pipe coming out of the ceiling which leaked water continuosly and made a loud dripping sound all night. The bar advertised on the web site is not used and in general I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. All in all this was the worst hotel I stayed at during my time in Malaysia.

the hotel management should enhance the room facilities. for example, by providing iron to every single room.it is because during my vacation 3days 2 night, i have requested for the iron & board but the reception said no iron available. as we know, this hotel is 4 star hotel but lack of facilities.hope hotel management will enhance their services & room facilities.

Neat and tidy, but the furniture is a bit old. Just the sound prove is a little bit lousy, so will feel a bit noisy when they are doing room keeping. Good view, fresh air.

Very big bed and room. Quite and nice enviroment. The hotel was located near town. cool weather and the bed was very very big, biger than king size bed indeed.
The breakfast was included and was reasonable with the given room rate.

Good location, big room but bit of run down

We had a great stay but the room service left much to be desired.
We noticed that our front sliding doors were left open after the morning room service.
As we stayed on the ground floor, this will lead to outsiders entering our room when we were out.
The walkway to the room were not properly lit at night
