Pleasant hotel, enjoyed my stay

I've read a number of reviews about the rooms stating they're run down, not well-maintained, etc. But my experience was fortunately pleasant (either they've undergone some maintenance or I got a relatively good room [505]). The room was spacious, bed was huge. Bathtub was not allowed to be used for soaking though. Although based on its appearance (a few stains in the tub), I wasn't tempted to do so.
Breakfast wasn't great, there weren't enough tables for everyone. Variety of food and taste was average. Food wasn't replenished as quickly as I would have liked, but was not overly slow.
The gym is small and looks underused. Staff was friendly and prompt.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
try the pumpkin and sweet potato balls - so yum!(can be found at night market)
if you're heading up to the mossy forest or boh visitor's centre (basically higher up), leave early. we got stuck in a jam at brinchang and after.

Clean, nice, strategic and friendly staffs. Hotel looks new.
Weather during visit was raining almost all dAy so it limited our outdoor activities

easy quiet hotel .comfy friendly very large rooms

The location was handy as it is within walking distance to all types of culinary delights which are in abundance around the area. The hotel was clean and the garden rooms were large and quiet and very comfortable.staff were very friendly, parking very convenient and overall we had a nice stay.
Travel tip:
The water fall track leading to some nice jungle tracks are just on the left of the hotel and worth a try if one is looking for some exercise

nice hotel with super king size bed - enough for 2 children to sleep in between parents. gotten the room with toilet facilities that cater for handicapped so very convinient.

the location for the hotel is very nice, but the environment for the hotel is a bit dirty, especially from my room view.
there're many insects fly to the room.
Please pay the attention for cleaning and the pillow.

Great location,food was bad.

The room was a bit run down tih old and small tv with malfunction remote. We had to change the remote controller a few time. Bath tub colud not be used but clean toilet. It is quite pricey for such hotel with 3 star accomodation and facilities. It is not value for the money.

So so hotel with poor water heater

this hotel located quite convenient if you have your own ride. at first i was quite satisfied with the location, outlook, room type, etc. overall was not bad until after i had my dinner and back to my room. i found my room water heater was not working. after i called reception regarding this, they sent a technician over and fix for me. but i was told that the water heater needed half and hour to heat up. that was really a bad experience where i never been to a 4 star hotel with such a poor water heater!

Lovely hotel

a lovely hotel where you can get big rooms for superior room for a very reasonable and affordable price. the place is just nice at tanah ratah town where you can go to the famous the lord's cafe with walking distance. however, the water heater for my room is not functioning where we did not report as our trip was rushing that time. besides, the soundproofing between room is not good where you can hear sound from next door easily.

Nice and Quite Hotel

My rooms was nice. Hotel very near to Tanah Rata, walking distances so no problem for food. Very nice and quite place Breakfast... not that happy. Not much of choices, just ok. Overall, love the place. Will definitely come back here.

Get the rooms with garden, you'll love it, your kids will love it :)
