Nice location with serene surroundings

The hotel is located in Tanah Rata town. A little bit distance from the main attraction location from Brinchang town (especially if you are looking for night market). The hotel located next to huge (and most of the time empty) public playground which I found it is a big good factor for my child to stroll around.

great hotel but poor services

for my stay, upon checkin receptions ask me for deposit rm pay by credit card or cash.even i piad thru online,they still want the deposit.receptions services is great but you cannot use the bathtub in your bathroom.
Shopping Tip:
go to pasar malam and try to bargain for great deal.

Century Pines Resort,very beautiful night ambiance. Stay for a night,no aircon,but it reaches to a very cold temperature at night.Thanks to the surrounding.The side windows are ventilation to the natures aircon. The shower seems to be poor,have to wait 30 mins before shower and the hot water only lasted less than 2 minutes before it turns cold again.
Buffet breakfast was superb!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Due to a 1 way on road conditions,DO leave enough time for the sightseeing tour offering at RM25 per person. Most agency takes you on a 3-4hour ride on a minibus to 7 attraction includes the strawberry farm. Traffic is really bad at this period. A jam might put you stuck for 2-4hours depends on traffic police.
There are hardly money changers at Tanah Rata only 1 and no money changers and banks during your sightseeing tour. Prepare much cash in hand for those Strawberries and souvenirs! Good Luck

Good location but service could be better

It is definitely true whatever other people said, the hotel exterior is way better than the interior. The interior is old and i would recommend you to not book a superior room if you are planning to spend a long time in hotel as the room is very basic and the view is not a nice as the deluxe and others. Overall it was an OK stay and there are not much cheaper hotel on top of a touristic hill. It will be less likely that i would stay at this hotel again as I could see there were better hotels few minutes away from the location. Breakfast was ok.

Nice location and huge room

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights in October. We had read mixed reviews on Agoda so we were a little apprehensive. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The lobby was very nice and the staff were very welcoming. The room was a lot bigger than we expected with a huge bed (california king?). The bathroom was also very nice with a shower and a separate bath tub that also had a shower. The hot water took about 30 seconds to kick in, which I don't think is bad. The room was very clean.
The gym is a little small, including a couple treadmills a couple stationary bikes, 3 or 4 weight machines and some dumbbells.
Breakfast was pretty good with an omelet stand and a buffet with various western and eastern dishes as well as fruit, cereal, coffee and tea.
The hotel is a short walk away from the bus station, so you can avoid the extra taxi costs. The hotel also arranged for our jungle trekking excursions.
The Wi-Fi was very weak in the room (but sometimes usable) so we usually had to go to the lobby for internet.
Overall, a very nice hotel that i would highly recommend!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We did the Rafflesia/tea plantation tour and it was amazing. The Rain forest is beautiful and so is the tea plantation. We took some beautiful pictures.

Great location but not well cleaned room

My stay in Cameron highlands was my best in Malaysia and I would recommend to visit it. regarding the hotel, it is located in the center and you can find any thing you need just by walking few steps. but I think the hotel needs some improvments in thier rooms for cleaning and comfortable at least in the rooms I have stayed in C203 and C205. Overall rating is very good just becuse its location.
