overall this apartment was satisfied by us but there is a weird smell in the apartment. after we request freshner from hotel housekeeping and spray all around, the smell will return back after awhile.
first day staying with water supply but second day without water supply. after that, we request to transfer to Equatorial Hotel instead of stay in apartment without water suuply.
hotel air circulation is better compared to apartment. but we quite satisfy with Equatorial service. they will solved problem once we face it during our night stay in Equatorial

Cameron highlands is the best place to go

I stayed one night and would stay here again. The room, king, was spacious and had a great view. It was very clean although the room looks like old fashion.The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. I was visiting someone in Burbank so this was a great location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Brinchang and tanah rata are the best place to go

Equatorial is situated quite high, I guess may be the highest hotel on the mountains in the area. That was a positive and a negative. Positive was its relaxing wid nice views, what else you go to Cameron for? Downside, its appx 8kms from the main city and the road is almost jammed all the time. Although hotel restaurant is pretty good but for hardcore veggies like us, food was a problem. Its near to most of the attractions like strabery farms, tea farms. Overall nice relaxing hotel. Prefer hotel rooms over serviced apartment rooms as later had no water on some days, atleast that was the case for us. Overall nice location and relaxing. worth mentioning hotel reception hall is pretty nice.
Restaurant Tip:
For veggies, may not many varities in the hotel restaurant or near by. Will need to visit Tanah Rata 8 kms for that.

located on the highest of cameron highlands, will be convenient if you want to go sightseeing with the travel agent, otherwise it is far from the spot. room is very large and have 2 bedroom, air is fresh and view is good.

Top hotel with poor apartment maintenance.

I booked 2 apartments for my family and for the cost of it all, it was disappointing. The bathrooms were terrible, with mouldy shower curtains and bathtubs looked dirty. The TVs were from 15 years ago and channels were so blurry. Room service was good though. I asked for an iron and they told to get it myself from the supply myself, ridiculous! the only good thing was the location, it was near the markets and butterfly farm and close to the brinchang town.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
take a walk to the market instead of the parking hassle. bring a bbq set too if you're up for it since it has a nice and big balcony.

It was an apartment which is quite a distance from the main hotel, however it is perfect for small family or couple of friends. It has a large balcony facing the scenic tea farm. However the sanitary facilities are slightly dated. Also it would be better if the rooms/apartments are equipped with WiFi hotspots.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walking distance to popular day market, butterfly farm, and strawberry farm.

the furnitures, beds are at least 10 years old. tv remote control not working. i think this hotel is over-rated, and expensive. should consider hotels in tanah rata if you wanna see the night market, as the single lane road traffic is so bad! jammed, bumper to number till about 12 midnight.

tea plantation, strawberry farms - these are the things you can see in cameron highlands. if you are the nature lover, it is a place you must go. if not, you should stay in kl city for shopping and dining.

Great Location, wonderful views

The location of the hotel is right at the top of Brinchang providing wonderful views and nice cool temperatures.The room itself is large and offers spectacular views! A pleasant stay at 5300ft above sea level. there are shops conveniently located a few minutes walk away but they all close around nightfall. The hotel features an indoor pool and karaoke than can be fun with the right company. hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating too.
