Charming and nice environment, decent breakfast spread, quiet and quite private Lackluster service staff, a 15-minute walk away from drop-off point. We took a coach from Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highlands to stay a night at Heritage Hotel. The hotel is one of the bigger ones at the highland and I must say, it is set in a really charming and nice environment. However, our pet peeve is that it is not near the coach drop-off point or the bus terminal. If you want to buy anything, it is a good 15-minutes away before arriving at provision stores or even eatery. Also, the problem is that you will need to walk up a slope. So that is a bummer for us. Our advice is, travel light! That said, the hotel is quiet and quite private.
The breakfast spread is pretty good and when we were there, there was a large group of Japanese enjoying it. We think it's decent but nothing to shout about.
Another point to note that the lackluster service staff. We definitely has gotten better service elsewhere.
We had no probles with the room as it was clean and the bed, too.

The first room #024 assigned was with a stenched smell and stuffy. In additional, the bath tub piping as broken and leaking. This is my honest review of the trip...
The entire booking process and cnofirmation up to check-in, was really great. Agoda staff (Tim) was handling my booking professionally & efficiently.
But somehow the entire trip turned to nightmare, start from the first room assigned to me room#024 was very awful smell. Thanks GOD they have another room # 223, that was at least clean and good.
Shopping Tip : A night market is wonderful place to go during the weekends.

Good location..only 10 min walk to the Tanah Ratah centre, nice view from the balcony, buffet breakfast ok dirty, smelly, carpets, sofas and chairs in the restaurant stained, bathroom not so clean Main thing at this hotel is the cleanliness, especially the lack of it, the room is big enough but dirty, very noisy hotel, the staff was helpful, the hotel definetally needs to be refurbished. Hotel has good location far from the hustle and bustle of the city still only 10 min walk to the Tanah Ratah centre. I would not recommend this hotel.
