Great lacation with beautiful scenary

overall it is a nice hotel, cosy but a bit far in.
had we not a car, we would have to walk a distance to reach just the surrounding shops and since i have an injured knee(still healing) it would be disastrous. our room is very spacious and clean. but it would be nice if the hotel has free wifi in the hotel room instead of just within the lobby. after a day out i would like to retire to my room immediately, instead of spending some time in the lobby to what's app the nice photos taken of the highlands.

we really love to stay at this hotel.. very spacious room and rest room with lcd tv..the view from balcony is superb..at night, it will be so cold outside..but if we close all the windows and doors, the room will be at a nice room temperature room for us to sleep.. the breakfast is delicious..a lot of parking spaces provided for guest. we really enjoy our stay at this hotel.. i really love ch esp to have tea on the hill side of sungai palas boh tea plantation..

i booked 2 rooms (1 deluxe & 1 superior), deluxe room is spacious and the superior a bit smaller but yet still cossy & chill..the environment provides me calmness & peaceful. However, the foods provided is simple

upon check in i stand in the reception for 5 minutes and there is two staff standing at the reception counter, attending to one guest but none of them took the initiative to smile and greet.
Bathroom is dirty, we asked for iron and iron board, we were given iron and linen, it was shocking for us to find hotel providing linen as an iron board. i believe they did not clean the room properly since we can still find the previous guest comment in the room.
F&B- First day of breakfast our breakfast voucher idicates that we are supposed to have breakfast in the Rainforest restaurant however when we went there, the hostess asked us to go to the chinese restaurant without further explanation. the breakfast in the chinese restaurant was not so good.
the next day we manage to go in Rainforest restaurant to have breakfast and the buffet spread is so much better.

overall our stay is satisfactory. very cozy place, the hotel has a very nice garden and have big de luxe rooms. the room we stayed is newly renovated and its clean. there's no bad smell in the room. a balcony is a plus. its good to wakeup in the morning with a great view and a cold/chilly wheather. one thing i didn't like is the lady in the reception area. its not that bad but i think she she should be friendly to the customers. i dont see her smile at all and the fact that she is in the reception, need more training on how to deal with customer. but overall, our stay is great and i would like to stay here in the future.

when i first check in and get into my room there is some smell in the room.. they gave us a corner room which has many windows and surrounded by many trees.. and the pillow is too smelly..
then i requested a room change, luckily they change it for me to top floor with better view and cleaniness. just that the girl receptionist not so friendly when i requested for a room change.
the room bed still abit dirty though but acceptable. i will go for another hotel if i visit cameron again.

We have plesant stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is strategic to avoid possibilities of traffic jam around CH especially during school holiday or long weekend. In addition, the access to amenities and food shop is easy.
