i was upgraded to deluxe room due to unavailable superior room. i was happy initially but once i walk in to the room, i found that the room facilities was good and spacious, but the bathroom basic amenities such as face towel, hand towel, bath towel and floor mat were not provided. i called to reception enquire regarding the above but the things was sent to me after two hours to three hours with separating sessions.this made me having a bad noon nap....but overall this hotel was nice to stay, harmony and variety of breakfast choice...

Booked with room with balcony but only get the room without it.large room but the shower pressure is low. Sometime no hot water running.Breakfast ok. Check in problem because couldn't find my reservation number. View in room spectacular ,love it.overall is just ok.

I stay at hotel old wing and happy with the facilities provided except the bath room water not hot enough. Feeling cold to take bath at night time because of the water not hot (warm only).

Situated on the edge of Tanah Rata, it is an uphill walk from the town.Good facilities, in a large hotel, with reception staff friendly and speaking good english. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice, however in the evenings there is limited choice in the chinese restaurant and the main restaurant lacks character (and customers when I was there).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good half day countryside tour with CS Travel can be arranged through reception.

Great location but breakfast was disappointed

It was my second time stay at this hotel. This trip, the staffs at check-in desk were very effective & helpful. I was joyful that the hotel upgraded my request for an extra bed into a king plus single beds without additional charges. Even with 2 beds inside, the room is still spacious. The facilities provided in the deluxe room was good which included a DVD player, but there was 2 lights not in working condition. However, the general facilities provided is quite standard or limited with free wifi at the lobby.
The disappointed areas were on housekeeping whereby shortage on various towels & teaspoon for preparing hot drink. Though upon requested, their responses were quick & acceptable. Besides, the breakfast variety served are limited & same even compared to my first stay one year ago.
The hotel neighbourhood is peaceful & relaxing without much traffic jam. Some good restaurants are just nearby but it is quite some distance to the veggies stalls & farms.
