Good but the fod is so so ! The location is good and room size also good , but the resturant is not perfect , at same time comparee to the other hotel in cameron this hotel consider 3 rd choise still theree is the better hotel with better price this hotel mostly we need to pay for location

Room is big and clean. Equipped with the necessary facilities suffic to enjoy and does the works

The hotel is strategically located in between of Tanah Rata and Brinchang. This makes travelling fun and visit to places of attraction easier. On top of that, the Hotel provides great buffet breakfask and enjoy the many choices on the menu especially the Nasi Lemak. To size it up, we really enjoy the stay in this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. We recommend the family suites which are big and suitable for family or even couples. Foods is also tasteful but there is no bar to chill tough they do serve beer which you need to ask as its not mentioned in the menu.

hotel is by the main road and not on top of hills, making it possible to stroll to the nearest towns. awesome customer service; hotel manager recognizes his guests, and took the extra mile to confirm our return coach timing. room is spacious and clean, with balcony of a good view.
Restaurant Tip:
Steamboat is a must eat when in Cameron Highlands. Try 'Ok Tuck' in Brinchang town, or the hotel serves pretty good steamboat too.
Further up from the hotel, there is Bala's chalet which serves good english tea.

We really enjoyed our stay, finding the room to be comfortable, clean, spacious and well-appointed, the staff to be friendly and professional and the location to be perfect for our stay in Cameron Highlands. Was reasonably priced too.

The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. We love the weather up there. Hotel food are generally nice but only need to get rid of flies around.

Nice hotel and one of the more modern one's in Cameron Highlands (not colonial style. Rooms are clean an spacious. Liked our triplet room (king size + queen size bed). Breakfast has a good variety of food for Europeans, Chinese, Malay, Indian. We also had dinner (steamboat, a must have in C.H.)at the restaurant, which was very good. The food in the restaurant is a little bit more expensive but as I said it is a restaurant and not a food court around the corner.
The hotel is a little bit outside of Tanah Rata which we did not mind. During the day it is an easy walk from 15-20minutes to the town center.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to get a room facing the garden and not the road side. If you sleep with an open window there could be some noise from the street.

Hotel with an amazing location and great service
In between two main towns, clean rooms

Would definitely recommend this hotel to my family/friends.
Staff are all very helpful and courteous. Forgot to switch of my car lights and the receptionist called me at 1 am to let me know! Congrats!!!
All in, a wonderful experience.
P/S: breakfast buffet selection could have more varieties.

Good boutique hotel with not too many crowds

We booked family suite and got the corner unit away from road noise. Although slightly more expensive for 3 star, but will come to stay again in near future
