It seems like a new hotel. Very clean room with modern decoration. Nice location as well. It is located in between Tanah Rata and Brinchang. Friendly and helpful staffs. By the way, there are insect fly into the room at night. A bit uncomfortable and need to close all windows and door at balcony to prevent the insect from getting into the room.

It will be good if they put a unit of fan inside the room.
Travel tip:
quite a number of good places you can visit in cameron highland. however, some places are closed on monday (e.g. boh factory, mardi).

a quite distinguished place, in the most positive meaning of the word. in the lobby one can not only find marble and brass; there are fresh flowers all over the place, which gives the hotel a very welcoming character. our room had a almost colonial furniture and included a safety box and a fridge. the bathroom was not only tidy, it was also more comfortable and inviting than just being plain functional. the fact that the hotel is located directly beside the main road is the main negative point to mention; it is recommended to ask for a room that faces away from the road. a minor annoyance is the fact that the hotel, as upscale as it is, dos not offer wi-fi from the hotel rooms. there is only access from the lobby for which a password application at the reception is required anytime internet access is needed. although free of charge, it is rather uncommon today, as all other hotels we stayed in (also the less expensive ones) offered internet access for free and from the room.

Enjoyed our stay here. Enjoyed our clean and large room on a high floor. Could only use our iPad in the lobby and restaurant, not in the room. Very courteous front desk staff. We did have a car, so we enjoyed the location, right in between Tanah Rata and Brinchang towns; otherwise it's a bit of a walk to both.
Restaurant Tip:
Lots of Steamboat restaurants in town of Brinchang, all in a row. Really enjoyed our dinner there. Reasonable and lots of food.
