Great location but small rooms

de la fern is a nice hotel with good view. you can feel relax stay there, this hotel looks like 5star hotel and never regret to stay in here. but at night sometimes got strange sound like something clacking into your balcony door. and it seems annoyed. overall i feel can enjoy my weekend in here. such a good place.
Restaurant Tip:
Tanah Rata is a town with many Indian, Malay and Chinese restaurants, a few cafes, a Starbucks, some supermarkets and facilities such as banks, camera stores and a post office. Brinchang is smaller and there are mainly Chinese restaurants

Comfortable and clean room.
The hotel looks new and clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is mainly local food such as congee with condiments, nasi lemak and local cakes and fruits.

we enjoyed our stay. the location is quiet. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. there are daily complimentary bottled water and coffee and tea in the room.
Travel tip:
The Boh tea estates are wonderful. We went to one in Ringlet and another in Brinchang.

this is our second stay at the hotel, and thoroughly appreciated the spacious the family suite. it comes with a king bed and two single beds. the king bed is separated by a sliding door, so we were able to put our three year old to sleep while the rest of the family watched tv.the location of the hotel is just right - far enough from the crowd but is within five to 10 minutes drive to most attractions. the strawberry waffle at the restaurant next to the hotel is simply divine - loaded with chocolate sauce and peanut butter, topped with strawberry sauce and ice cream.

Clean and comfortable room
Situated between Tanah Rata and Brinchang.

On arrival we discovered that the bath curtain rail was broken. We requested to change to another room and the staff sorted this out promptly. On check-out we had some bills that wasn't ours and it was amended quickly.
The room that we had was facing towards Brinchang and it was quiet.
The surrouding is green and there is ample parking at the hotel. There are daily complimentary bottled water and coffee and tea in the room.
