I stayed this hotel every time I went to Cameron Highlands, but this time I felt disappointed with their breakfast & services. The breakfast serve was awful, breads was not in shape with heavy yeast smell. Sausage with some weird taste, very oily harsh brown, may be they have changed their chef I guessed.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
cameron waterfall by travel through old road( many turns up hill).tea plantation- travel through exciting one way road to squeeze through w on coming traffic through hill side. bee farm to buy honey products. strawberry farm - self pluck strawberry, lovely strawberry ice cream, strawberry bread spread. enjoy cool whether and golf course 9 hole at the moment

Relatively new hotel in cameron highland

We stayed in the first floor just beside a conference room. That night a company booked the conference room for annual dinner. The conference room's noise isolation was no good at all, because we can hear the music and people talking in our room, even our room is at the other end of the hall way. The event didn't end until 2am. We called the hotel reception several times, but they didn't take any action. Very bad services.

Relatively new hotel in cameron highland

Room is clean, but towels had very strange smell. A company was holding its annual dinner in the conference room just beside our room. They were too noisy, even after 2am. We complain to the hotel but they didn't take any action. Very bad service.

my spouse and i had a wonderful time at hotel de la ferns. we really needed a break from kl city. the staff at the front desk, at the front entrance, in the dining area, and our female housekeeper were all genuinely helpful and friendly. we felt quite at home in a comfortable room with a view of cameron highland trees and mist covered mountains. the major suggestion for the hotel is to provide free internet service throughout the hotel including in the rooms. overall good value for the rate we paid via agoda. thank you agoda, thank you staff at de la ferns!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a walk around the neighborhood. The hotel is about halfway between the two major towns and so is quietly outside of these towns. For those with no disability Tanah Rata and Brinchang are walkable distances- we did it. Or you can always hire a taxi.

A Well Recommended Hotel
Clean and Quiet, great location ie away from the main market area

it was a pleasant stay for us. as the hotel is fairly newly established the furnishing is great and most importantly the sheets are clean. However one downside is that we were given a room with a non working phone line. It was a slight bummer. Breakfast was simple but must commend the chef for the daily fresh n yummy bread spread.
Would definitely recommend the hotel to friends.

we really enjoyed staying in de la ferns, the great feature was that the hotel was constructed newly and the rooms and the hot shower was perfect.the personnel were also kind and happy.

Nice Hotel on Cameron Highland

i am here with my wife after married on 5/11/2011. this hotel gives us a very sweet memories because as overall, their services and environment is the best i never met in cameron highland before. for anyone would like to find a suitable hotel on cameron highland, this is the first choice i recommend.
dont worry about carpark because there has a huge space for you. i love the breakfast as well because there are mixed of chinese, malay, indian, western and arabia style.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel is quite near to restaurant, shopping, and night market (around 5-10 minutes to drive).
