Nice Hotel for Budget Holiday

Room is clean and comfortable, only some staff at the restaurant not very friendly (foreigner staff). Nice Steamboat and great breakfast, even not many choice on breakfast, all the dishes are delicious especially roti canai.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Sungei Palas Boh Tea's Plantation is most visited place.

Good location but slow service
Near to attractive vanues (Night Market, Cactus Valley...), Plenty of parking slots.

No proper answer during we ask for the reason on emergency belt rang.
Overall fine with the room, room services and food.
Shopping Tip:
If you wish to shop, go out earlier to avoid traffic jam near Night Market there. Come back at the afternoon and shop nearby when other people stuck in the traffic jam.

we arrived earlier than we were supposed to at noon and were told we could only check in at 3pm. we politely asked for them to arrange for us to have the rooms located closer to each other and they helped us check and got us on the same floor, and while they were at it, they checked us in earlier as the rooms were already available. how about that!
the hotel is quite old, so the furnishings/carpets have seen better days but we were there not to stay in the hotel all day long but to walk around and sightsee at cameron highlands, and not complaining about no swimming pool cos it's so cold there who wants to take a dip in a freezing pool?
food was okay, standard fare for hotels. dinner was a pleasant surprise as we were totally not expecting dinner to be included. buffet style(only for vege) and a set of meat/seafood and personal steamboat for each table. one table one steamboat. this is cameron highlands so the veges are fresh, and they allow you to refill your vege from the buffet line as much as you like during dinner!
love the farms (strawberry, cabbages and many other vege farms) which are within driving distance.
will stay here again the price is right.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
On a weekend (Sat night), check out the night market (pasar malam) which is an uphill walk about 5-10 mins away, don't mind the walk in the cool air, and you will walk downhill (much easier) on the way back, so it's worth it!
Ask for a room facing the back of the hotel and NOT facing the main road, as it is quieter at night. We stayed in Room 215, the last room at one end with good ventilation, i.e. cool/cold enough without airconditioning (not that there are any aircon!)

Great location but old furnishing, noisy street

ask for a room facing the back of the hotel and not facing the main road, as it is quieter at night. we stayed in room 215 and it was facing the street and looking out, we can see an abandoned house on the hilltop at almost the same level across the road, spooky at night.
the room was big, spacious enough for five if you don't mind the funny smelling carpets. the carpet outside the bathroom was wet when we arrived and was still wet when we left. something wrong with piping? furnishing quite old but if you don't mind hotel features and are just there for night, and out all day sightseeing, this hotel is not that bad, it comes with free breakfast and dinner (vegetable buffet with fixed amount of meat/seafood).
will consider upgrading to the bigger room (family room) next time, which isn't available for booking via agoda, reception staff said we need to call in to book the family room.
Hotel Feature Tip:
ask for a room facing the back of the hotel and not facing the main road, as it is quieter at night. we stayed in room 205.
if need be, sacrifice the superior triple (and book two rooms) as the location (facing the front) tend to be quite noisy with passing traffic

Room hotel is convenience, clean and simple but its better if have fully hot water supply in the bathroom rather than only water heater for shower. We was really enjoyed the steamboat dinner at this hotel and we are looking forward to come again for such this delicious dinner and friendly hotel staff.
Shopping Tip:
The night market near the Titiwangsa Hotel is good place to shopping.

our stay in this hotel was smooth.we're 3 adults and 2 kids stay in family room with 2 king size bed and it's really huge room i've ever seen.this hotel was not in my mind.1st i'm thinking of other hotel that more popular and well known and find out this hotel was not in my gps.seriously if you want a find a family room for 5 adults in 1 room you can find it in this hotel.the rate is considered cheap and really comfortable for us to stay.during our stay,the water tap is a bit loose.i 'll considered it's good because the location strategic,conveniece parking,less than 10 mins at the counter the was ready for us to stay.i highly recomended this hotel to family with young kids and more than 3 pax.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
there's a few farm that we're miss out.but not to forget to go to strawberry park and try the products,such as strawberry with yogurt and honey and lots more to eat.Boh plantations is awesome and nice view.
