Great location but not comfortable

our room is serve for 5 ppl but when we reached there and found out that there were only 1 double and 1 double decker single bed. Then, we had request to add in 1 more single bed but they charging us RM 30 for that extra bed. Can i ask for refund?

Cheerful staff.
Room is small and smelly, but we don't stay in the room the whole day so it's not a big problem.
Nightlife Tip:
Cameron highland is lovely for vacation, but everything closed at 10pm. No night activity in town.

Since 2 months we travelled in South Asia, this is the worst place we stayed ! Room was dirty, bed was bad quality, sheets didn't change with some hairs of previous travellers ! And to finish, toilets was broken...
We are not fussy but we didn't dare take a shower.
For this price, it's a veritable swindle.
