Service and facilities very very bad
Facilities are so bad and nobody to come for service

Once we arrived we can't even find a parking place so we have to put our cars blocking others. The rooms/the bed are so uncomfortable and yet smelly and the water heater is not functioning. One of the room was without a kettle and the tv we can't watch any of the channel.The floor was so cold so we had to wear our shoes in the rooms. This was the worst holiday I had in my life. I am very,very disappointed and angry with this. Yet you are charging us with such dear price and nobody to service us once we reached the place. I hope you would take action about what we have went through on this trip. Thank you.

Good location and good room condition. Can afford up to 8 adults with 4 queen bed in 3 rooms. Bad things parking is limited whereby every units should have 1 lot allocation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't go during the school holiday

X lobby, x one to ask. Got lost. Confusing flr lvl

No entrance lobby and no staf that l could ask for direction. The road is too steep. Hard to find parking. No restaurant in the apartment block. Got to go downhill through the steep road to go to the nearest restaurant.
