Nice apartment w 3 big rooms and 5 queen size bed

Great location w walking distance to pasar Malam. 3 big rooms w 5 queen size bed. 1 master room attached w bathroom n another w shared bathroom. Big living hall n vy nicely decorated kitchen. Kitchen utensils are quite complete w fridge n microwave. But if u plan to cook, u need bring ur own stove

Great location and Nice apartment

Well equipped with frunitures & fittings,Big rooms, can sleep 9 - 10 persons. Good view, 10 mins walking distance to night market,shop and restaurant. However, this place may not suitable for the elderly. (Horrible slope) Water heater is not hot enough, parking place are narrow and only one lot per unit.

comfortable apartment with minimal facilities
clean apartment near brinchang night market

the apartment is just nice for 6 of us. it has clean toilets and warm beds. warm water at shower points only.
however this place may not suitable for the elderly as there was a need to walk up the hill.
secondly the charge was not appropriate with the facilities provided. there was no closets in the room except towel railings.towels are on request, toiletries are on our own except a small soap bar. the living room has only one tv and the sofa are meant for 5 small people.
the kitchen was equipped with a small microwave for heating food. there was no cooking facilities eg pots or pans, or hot plate. (this is one reason for us choosing an apartment to stay ie to cook)
food can be bought from the night market as no restaurant in crown imperial court.but some hawkers are not hygienic.
the parking areas are narrow and the reserved parking lot need to be chained, otherwise another car will occupy it. we cant leave the place after 6pm because the night market will start and the cars will blocked the building exits.not to mention exit the from car park was narrow and we had to reverse our car to exit. my concern in case of fire many will be trapped.
there's no hotel lobby, meeting with the apartment owner is at the car park, and we had to pass the rubbish dumping area first.
the stench of the rubbish can be unbearable since our apartment is at the 1st floor.for ventilation we need to open the windows, but the noise level is high.
there's no heater,fan or aircond provided. just fresh air. cameron highlands can be very warm especially when there's no rain and as more trees are cut down.
the apartment charge was not appropriate & expensive, other service apartments in malaysia or overseas, with a similar charge will have at least a swimming pool or gated guard facilities and sometimes even breakfast at the lobby area if its a partial kitchen like this one.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the best was boh tea plantations. the area was preserved with beautiful green panoramic.
strawberries picking is nice too at cactus valley. but somehow the charge is high. rm 25-rm30 per 500grams. its cheaper to buy the ready-picked strawberries.
brinchang fresh market causes traffic congestion and difficulties for tourist to visit as there was not many parking spaces.
the rose garden at kea garden was nice, but need to climb lots of stairs.

Just like what you see in picture

This apartment(unit A109) is the same as what you see in the picture. With modern interior design and very well maintained. Walkable distance to pasar malam. Astro, kitchen equipment and special water heater which give 20% hotter than the normal one.
Recommend for travel with young and old family.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Have allotted car park but you need to lock when you are out. Else other people will park in the car park lot.

Great location but parking confusing

Overall the room is quite nice and clean , The entrance & car park is very confusing and mostly the indoor car park is dead end which you need to reserve your car out,need to 'lock' your car park space to avoid other car park at your parking lot. some more the water heater is not hot enough, the furniture is a bit old, the location is quite nice coz near pasar malam

Hotel with thousand smile

The hotel is really nice and clean. It is near to the shopping center, and night market. It is suitable with people who travel with more than 6 people. Instead of booking 3 rooms, you can just book a 3-room apartment. It comes with extra facilities.

Great location but apartment not well maintained
good location to night market and other atractive point, clean apartment

- The apartment is clean, but the facilities not in place while customer check in, eg. gas (need to order and wait for 3 hours ++ only reach)
- The Building is old and not well maintained, the corridor, lift are ditry
- car park is not convinient and not enough parking lot
