Staff were very helpful. Meals at hotel restaurants were mediocre. No view from room. Lots of stairs (very steep hill then 2 flights to the room, no lifts).

clean rooms,except we found 1 big spider in the bathroom which took us some time to get rid of it. Both bedrooms are spacious,clean beds and floor. Nice interior design as well as exterior architecture (British-style). Great breakfast buffet with both international and local varieties.

My stay was very good. I went there with my sister. I love the quiet environment. The outdoor restaurant named smokey bear was fantastic. The charcoal grilled meats and fish are really good. However, the morning buffet in the hotel was disappointing with every poor spread and poor quality.

I like this Resort very much, this is a very very good environment for relaxing. We can have a good fresh during staying here. The room is comfortable and clean. The staffs provide a very good service, humble with good smile. They provide a good breakfast, we can enjoy an delightful morning with delicious breakfast. We can walk around the resort to view the scenery. This resort is suitable for couple and family or with friends to enjoy the holidays. I will stay here for coming trip.

Stay at here 3 times b4. Really nice resort. Keep their services and facilities very well. Highly recommend to the travellers who like to relax. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

A beautiful resort for all

This is not my first time staying at Strawberry Park Resort, I always love to stay here due to the quiet environment and beautiful view from the balcony.
Room is comfortable and the bathroom is huge. The marble floor at bathroom is very slippy especially when wet.
Breakfast is delicious!

The stay was nice.
I was bit surprised that there was no facility for old aged people. I went with my parents. The hotel allotted me accommodation on 2nd floor.( My parents were not in a position to climb stair cases for 2 floors) I was really surprised that there were no escalators neither there was any alternative arrangement.
Ultimately, I requested for ground floor accommodation and luckily got the same.
Probably I am over expecting but I think 4 * hotels should have these basic facilities.

Spacious room in a quite and remote area

I enjoyed my stay very much in Strawberry Resort, the rooms are very spacious, and most of the rooms have really nice greenery view, breakfast is good.
The only cons about the hotel is that it is really inaccessible without car, it would be nice if they provide a shuttle service to the town area. And also, they only have a small gift shop there, if they could have a small minimart which sells basic necessity and food would be good

my stay in the hotel was great.with beautiful scenery and cosy big room..the best view from the top of the mountain. the services staff were helpful and friendly. there is a small balcony with chairs and tables, so that you can sit and relax while viewing the beautiful scenery and enjoy the cold weather.
