Overall OK, but we had plumbing problems - blocked wash basin with no plug - and blocked toilet. Also had a locked safe. We were told that we had been upgraded (booked as superior) - not sure that we really did get upgraded with a room that could barely see anything of the pool. We had to ask 3 times before everything was sorted out.

Disappointed. hotel not as a '4 Star' rated

we are a family of an infant. requested for a wide bed (expecting king size bed) and what was given was a queen sized bed. we stayed at garden villa but the room was old. air-condition was old, took some time to cool the room. bathroom was old - hot water was as hot as 100 degree boiled water! lucky we check first the water before getting in the shower or else?? tv channel all not clear..
To summarise my disappointment, the hotel need major furbishment for the 4 star rating.
