Nice view just beside the beach. Huge swimming pool. Although room is cozy but furniture looked very old. Water pressure for the shower in the room is low. The hotel is beautiful. We are very happy with the prompt service of the front office. But the housekeeping department need to speed up things. We waited about 20 minutes to get one extra pillow. Also, should always provide towels for guests at the swimming pool - we waited for more than 1/2 hour to get our towels. Frequent traveler would appreciate to have the iron and ironing board in the room instead of at the walk way. F&B staff need to smile more.
Anyhow, we enjoyed our stay and would probably come back if they reduce their rate a bit.

Children friendly, huge pools, own beach, mini game arcade. Room needs to be refurbish. Pillow, not to the standard of a 4 star hotel. We stayed at holiday villa again after a good stay last 2 month. The children loves the swimming pool plus building sand castle on the beach. The main attraction of the hotel is the location at the cherating beach. The hotel is equip with 2 large pools which is execelent, although the children pool could have been made bigger. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the check in/out process was a bit delayed due to the fact that only 2 staff was working at a time. The room is ok, the pillow really need to be change, even with an extra 1 it is not up to the quality of a 4 star hotel. The carpet also need to be change as it smells. But as a whole the stay was value for money.

Clean beach with white sand. Option of chalets with its own shared swimming pool. Rooms were very nice with very clean bathrooms. Maintenance of the hotel could be better. Looks a little run down from the outside. Food during lunch buffet had little choice. Overall the place is perfect for a family holiday. Rooms were very nice with airconds, fridge and bathrooms all in perfect condition. Beds were comfy and the TV had many channels to choose from.
Swimming pool is clean with seperate baby pool for the little ones. Table tennis, pool and beach volleyball also available, if that is your thing.
The beach was quite clean and seas are calm during April to September. No jelly fishes and no noisy jet skiis and boats zooming around.
Food in the hotel itself is quite limited. There are two nice seafood restaurants just outside the main entrance, to the left if you are facing the hotel.
You might be able to get a better resort in the area. If not, you wont be dissapointed with this place. Choose the chalets if you can.
