This hotel provide outdoor activity like baby turtle release, firefly watching and turtle watching. But these activity only available at around after 6.30pm, they also provide some other activities but this 3 is the most recommended. Kuantan is the nearest city from Cherating Beach, it take around 30mins by car, you can go shopping and visit the most famous beach in Kuantan - "Teluk Cempedak".

Not bad for an ageing resort

After reading so many negative reviews, i find this place not as bad as being negatively rated. I have no complaints. Staff know what they are doing and friendly. After a hard day work, just chillax by the pool and beach. Recommended for short getaway too. Upon checking out, i was given 3 hotel voucher worth RM250 each. Looking forward for next impiana stay.

We drove there and it is easy to locate the resort. Good location with nice beach. Hotel staffs are friendly and the breakfast is ok. However the resort and the room is a bit old.

Room is very clean, but the water pressure is too low in 3rd floor. This resort is located at the great surrounding, you can see the sunrise in the morning around 6.30am. The food is just ok, they provide dinner buffet and the kopi shop is 24hrs operating during ramadan.

Nice scenic place mainly for couples and families having a break from the hustle and bustle of the city... Plenty of food choices in and around the hotel and it's close proximity to Kemaman town makes it a good location.
Travel tip:
Places to visit like the Famous Hai Peng Coffee Shop & Tong Juan Stuffed Crabs are only 10 mins drive away in Kemaman/Chukai town... Highly recommended if you've never been there...

rooms are relatively spacious, the hotel is directly on the beach which is long, long, long... and not crowded

Great location on a long beach. Nice setting in the shade of the palm and pine trees. Well set swimming pool.
Because it is a big hotel and you come with family or in couple watch out for seminar type of events which break the holiday atmosphere during lunch and dinner.
Beach is long, long,... great for walks.
But it is of course a bit isolated, no restaurants or bars to escape to if you get bored with the ones of the hotel

The very best hotel for honeymoon

Im surprising when arrived at the hotel. The reception counter was so simple. But after i got my room key i was very happy to stay here. Everythg was superb! Excellent!

Lovely hotel reception with huge rooms

enjoyable but rooms were a little weathered.
the location is quite good considering that it is near the beach.
once you get out of the place, food is everywhere where hawker stalls are all lined up at the roadsides (if you do not mind the hygiene)
this place is 20 mins away from kuantan and just 10 mins away from kemaman (where the famous hai peng coffee is).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go watch the turtles/fireflies at night! But must prebook your trip 1st.
