Great hotel!
Rooms is very beautiful n spacious too. Near to the beach side, pub with the good singers..

The pool is a bit dirty as there were people swimming without wearing swimsuit.
The customer service somehow a bit low.
A male waiter, tall n skinny with darker skin, very impolite when he served us the half boiled egg.

Hotel with full view to a beautiful beach
The huge openness of lobby and hotel room, beautiful private beach.

Entering the lobby, i was overwhelmed by huge open lobby and huge pond. the room is spacious with lots of windows. it trully brings the beach into your room. Breakfast at 'kedai kopi' is great with choices of local and western food and nice view of the beach. the private beach is clean and beautiful. Swimming pool is nice but nothing special.
however the old style window blinds seems like a strangulation hazard to small toddler.
otherwise a great hotel, nice and pleasent hotel.

the room we stay has separate living hall so it is spacious.
the only thing to be change is the fitting, it is old and need to be upgraded by the hotel management

Satar delicacy is near by at Kemaman. Few minutes driving

Lovely resort
Spacious and lovely room (superior) with seaview. Nice beach and great service from the staff.

This is my third time staying in this resort. I personally love the superior room which is spacious and unique. The wooden floor, bed, verandah....made me feel like in Kampung. Its location which is near to the beach, very soothing and windy. Anyway, I noticed that they changed some of the common items that usually provided in the room i.e rubber slipper and menu which is acceptable to me.
The beach was clean and the staff greeted me warmly. The tv broadcasting quality was not that good, but I think it's something that can be improved. I was craving for Nasi Dagang (which served during breakfast on my previous stay), but unfortunately none available. More variety of food to be served during breakfast would be good too so I won't feel like I am eating yesterday's.
Restaurant Tip:
There are numbers of seafood restaurant nearby so dinner is not an issue. I have tried several restaurants nearby and I think Pak Su restaurant and MS Seafood are among the best (on the left side of the road if you are heading to Kemaman, maybe around 4km before Impiana). Price wise, quite average compared to Selangor. For those who like Gulai Kawah (local dish, like curry...but not really a curry), I'd strongly suggest Nasi Kukus Gulai Kawah nearby the river (Sg. Ular) just before MARDI. It's on the left side of the road if you are heading to Kemaman from Jabor exit. For those who like sata and otak-otak (made from fish and grilled), you can try Pak Aziz Sata stall at Kemaman (not that far from Cherating).

Nice hotel with excellent beach side

pleasant stay, well managed hotel, even though the staff could be a little bit more attentative. pool side ok but needs to be refurbished. very nice beach side and lots of space to have a quite relaxing holiday.
Restaurant Tip:
Tong Juan in Chukai is an excellent place to have stuffed crab

Not So Satisfy with all those facilities.

the room is not worth it because that the bed will give out some annoying squeaky sound when i laid on and the television screen is smaller than my desktop screen.but good manners of the hotel staff made me feel better.and i was frustrated with the late check-in (4 o'clock).

Lovely hotel with nice beach

during our stay here, we really fell in love with the room view. it is phenomenal for us to know that our window have sea view!! and we can sleep on the bed while watching the waves. the room is clean ans we really like the fact that the beach is very near and they have spots/bench that you can use to chillax anytime we want. overall, we might visit impiana again!
Restaurant Tip:
MS Tomyam is a nice place to eat, service is fast, food is good. Dont forget to visit the keropok lekor joints (towards Chukai town). They were all phenomenal
