Amazing customer service and lovely rooms
The staff, the bed, the view

I stayed for 3 days 2 nights at impiana. Although the place lacks maintenance overall of the building itself, it is clean, the rooms are nice and the customer service makes up for anything else it lacks. Upon arrival i was greeted by Ziyad who was super efficient and friendly. I love the room and the view was breath-taking. The bed is superbly comfortable. all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We joined the bbq dinner on saturday night, the food was okay, but it was the staff who made my night really. The band played Happy Birthday song for me, and the staff lead by Mr Mohd sang. i appreciate the personal touch they gave to me. Did not regret spending my birthday weekend here

great location but tired interior
location is right on the beach, reception staff was very helpful and welcoming and it was not very busy.

It could have been the perfect weekend away. We had a very welcoming check in, even a room upgrade. The room was spacious but the decor old. The bathroom had a drain that was leaking and the air conditioner had trouble coping. What was really disappointing was the state of the pool. The whirlpool had brown froth on top and the water was so green that none of us even put their feet in. The main pool was losing a lot of small tiles which cause a number of small cuts on our feet. Posts of bricks and concrete which where not covered separated the main pool from the kids pool. Apart of the bad look, it also had a rusty steel rod sticking out of one of them. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and meals in general overpriced. I will not return to this resort.

We found the hotel to be pleasant and clean.
The large open restaurant with large lily pond, large comfortable room and view of beach.

We liked the openness of the hotel reception area and restaurant. The food we had in the evening was really excellent. The only disadvantage is that although the hotel would like to have more overseas guests, it doesn't serve an alcoholic drinks in the restaurant, only in the smelly bar. The hotel must change it's policy in this regard otherwise european will not patronise the hotel which is a pity because it is a very good hotel.

Its fine except buffet breakfast

Their buffet breakfast are terrible, toatlly not tasteful. Even they said the buffet is served from 7.0am to 10.30am, but quantity of serving are too little. Most of the food is finished by 9.30am. Even I request for top up, but they said that is the only quantities they prepared for that day. If we not feel enough, then we can wait after 11.00am, they will served ala carte food.
