Couples Malaysia, May 14, 2013	Good experience with helpful staffs Good customer service, comfortable bed, nice pool 7.3 I arrived at 3 pm and the room that we booked were not ready, but the supervisor upgraded my room to deluxe room so I don't have to wait long. This is good service to the customer after a long drive they understood how tired we are. The room were nice and comfortable, the surrounding is very quite just nice to relax your mind.
