Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The environment there is very windy.I managed to watch the sun rise early in the morning. It was so beautiful.Overall, this trip has gave a sweet memorable with the one I love.

Restaurant Tip : There's lot of fresh sea food along the Kemaman Town which just about 10 minutes driving distance from Suria Cherating Resort.

None, absolutely none

Rooms- The ceiling was falling apart Bed- Squeaky bed with a mattress that sinks right in the moment u sit on it Pillows- Smelly and heavily stained pillows. We had to request for them to be changed, which turned out to be no easy task. Staff- Understaffed, nobody ever answers the phone Facilities- The dirtiest swimming pool I've ever witnessed, dun even think of getting to the beach

Having traveled extensively, I must say this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Even compared to the lodging I've tried during my younger backpacking days, this place proves to be a total slum. Firstly, the rooms were smelly. There was a strong pungent smell the very moment we stepped into the room. The bedsheets and pillows gave out a repulsive smell and heavily stained, to the extent that the receptionist had to pinch his nose to avoid the stench when I brought them to the reception to be changed (yes, I had to personally make the trip because nobody was answering the phone. I had to personally wake the receptionist up as he was fast asleep at 11pm). About a third of the ceiling was falling apart and I have never encountered a dirtier bathroom. Upon checking out the next day, we were requested to pay for the rooms even after we showed them the hotel vouchers from Agoda which clearly showed that the room charges were prepaid. The staff were not rude, but they were obviously under-trained. To sum up, I will definitely not return to this hotel nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

I like the big field and park near the beach side. Its windy and children enjoy playing all the games.

The buffet breakfast is bad.
