Great short stay. Facilities well-equipped

Is a nice trip staying in Lotus Desaru Beach Resort. Only need to improve in food as the dinner was not so enjoyable - kinda of different taste (ordered wanton noodle but have funny taste and also ordered satay, it turns cold already but yet still served to us).

Very Dissappointing from the point of check-in
Proximity to beach, superb BBQ pit location, Big and spacious open space

Overall stay was ok, room service was prompt, staff were friendly. only major peeve was that upon it was clearly stated that the 3 bedroom suite we booked was sea-facing, but upon our horror at check in, we were issued two non sea facing suite. Reception desk was quite a distance away so we did not bother kicking up a big fuss. Though I will most probably bring my business elsewhere surely the next time I am in Desaru.

a short gateway for my family, fun and enjoyable with lots of activities.The apartment is big but need inprovement on cleanliness. Overall, it's a great stay at desaru lotus

Nice night activities
I enjoyed the night activities. Children enjoyed it very much. There is a quite big field in front of the restaurant. Children can play different type of simple game.

A fun-filled hotel for the whole family

The waterpark was loads of fun. The sea and waves was a bit too strong for my liking. 1st day bfast (sat) sucks not much choice mayb cos lots of visitors but 2nd day was excellent. Theres a retail shop selling basic necessities, small arcade and gym. WIFI very poor. STaffs was great.
