Good hotel, nice rooms. Well equipped with up to date facilities.
Only let down is the hotel charged us for wifi. Even budget hotel can serve its guests with free wifi. Overall it was a good stay for us.

Liked the 2 storey layout. Mini water park is for the young ones

2 story layout, with a pantry, common area and toilet on the 1st and bedrooms with full sized toilets on the 2nd. counted 3 swimming pools in total for the entire resort. the one bad thing would be the path from the car park to the rooms are littered with stairs. not easy to load multiple baggages.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Junior club at the club house has some arts activity for the young.

The room is not suitable for young children
the Customer Service is not that bad. Need to employ bellboy to carry our luggage..

-no bellboy, tv outdated, bedroom is upstairs not suitable for young children, food expensive, water park dirty, slow Internet connection
Restaurant Tip:
Take taxi for rm 30 to bandar penawar is better than ordering the food.

Lovely Hotel with tasteful loft style bedroom

lotus was easy to find when driving up from singapore. check in was efficiently and quickly done which we appreciated at it was extremely hot weather. suite room was clean and we liked the loft style bedroom and overall design of the suite room. map at concierge should be updated especially to locate ostrich farm and fireflies, plus seafood restaurants that we were looking for, away from the resort. beach was nice and clean, pub was welcoming too. we will be back with the whole family at some point.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ostrich Farm and Fireflies is a must see attraction, about 1 hour each from resort.
