Lovely resort with family-friendly facilities
family-friendly facilities, spacious rooms, nice beach, cheap buffet, children water park

although it was a last minute decision to stay at the resort, it was worth it as my 3yr old daughter really enjoyed it.
room was clean and spacious. full facilities with bathtub. great variety of food for breakfast. buffet dinner was not expensive too.
enjoy the morning and evening sun at the beach. the seaside quite clean with sandy beaches as it is not open to public except hotel guests only.
Travel tip:
good for relaxation. stress free. max 2 days is enough.

Recommended for family or groups get together. With facilities and staff commitment with guests you will never regrets. Especially when they're huge percentage of guest you n family n friends will be entertained. School and public holidays is the best time. Thumbs up.

check out staff very friendly.
i paid for wifi but service is not available in the room. Al tough i got my refund. i hope to get free wifi in the room in future stay.

It was a nice place. A lot of interesting recreational activities were offered.Breakfast is good. do not have night bar, we want taken some drink, but after 10pm no more service.

Very small lobby area.
Quick service by the staff at the front office.

The parking space is small for a resort with that size. Shuttle tram service is provided from the lobby to the restaurants by the beach. Buildings are run down with only one lift to serve in each 4 storey building.

Quality Times at Lotus Desaru
Nice water theme part and your safety is assured. The buggy service was very good and efficient

i spent 3 days & 2 nights at lotus desaru with my 4 kids and we all had enjoyed right from the first day upon we checked-in. the suite was nice and comfortable and located right next to the water park.the layout and scenery was factastic and the activities continued even at night with the dancing and movie watching. the kids had enjoyed themselves and kept on reminding me to come back.
the buggy service was very good and efficient and help us so much to move around fast.
