Nice and family friendly hotel

We were 3 families with young children here for a 2 night stay. The ambiance of the hotel is good and the proximity to the beach made the stay even better. Service was good and the rooms were clean and spacious. The F&B staff helped us with a request for a birthday cake at very short notice - special commendations for that. Our only grouse was the food quality - this definitely needs some improvement.

Great place for Friends or Family Gathering

Is a good place for relax and gathering with friends or family.
Although the room in picture look like very small, but actually is big like a condo, 3 rooms and fit more than 6 pax. if have enough bed, it can be fit up to 9 person.
There is a small water theme park, few swimming pool, Gym, cycling, ping pong and etc.

If they include Lunch/Dinner inside the room package, it would be nice. There are no other options for food except the resort, which is costly. If you are driving, then it should be fine, but, then you are wasting time travelling back and forth.

Clean and Spacious Room.
Water Park and Big Swimming Pool!!!

Even though the water park is smaller compared to other water parks, it is very fun as my children and I enjoyed our time there, especially the Lazy River. The swimming pool is very clean and is pretty large, good for exercise and fun! The "Bus" is a very convenient way to travel around the resort as it is quick in arrival and travel speed. But the breakfast buffet is pretty disappointing as it has very limited choices of food and it only serves local dishes. Thank You.

it was a wonderful trip. me and my family were really enjoy the fecilities in the hotel. the scenery of the beach and the water theme park really brought us an unforgetable memories. overall the enviroment was really good and quiet. in addition with the sucurity system made us felt safe and we could enjoyed our hiliday in peace of mind. we planned to come again in the year end holiday. sea you lotus desaru!

arrive in 1pm go for check in ..very kind and helful however the check in time is 3pm .but the lovely staff let us check in early because we got small baby ..good water theme park ..my kid very like ...n good breakfast too ...i will come again during holiday
