Nice spacious hotel
has table-tennis, game console, small arcade game, ourtdoor and indoor kid's playground, pool table, etc

The hotel has just been re-furbished for almost a year. So most facilities still look semi-new. The hotel has a private beach, which is a bonus for the guests. The hotel does try and provide entertainment for guests staying in their premise, with a live band performing on Sat, great BBQ buffet dinner on Sat. There is a great massage parlour within the hotel premise as well. Plenty of activities to entertain the kids.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Small hiccup: The service tends to be abit slow. I checked into the room and found out the fridge is spoilt, waited for 20 min for the technician to come and tell me he has to send someone else to change the fridge. I waited for another 20 min for the exchange to be done.

Lovely hotel with a private beach

It has plenty for the little ones, water sports activities for the older kids. A wonderful spa- not expensive.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Book the Spa treatment in advance. Their slots are quite full.

40 mins drive to a chinese seafood reataurant who also sells birdnest, food is excellent over there

nice to stay. calm and good service. but no sports acitivity with this resort. all other water sports available only in lotus resort where we have to go and use. apart from that everything is good.

pulai desaru beach resort & spa gave me a room with good pool view & beach scenery. i can still remember the room number (#345). food is nice though expensive. good short getaways. thanks agoda.

Not as Good as we Thought

The hotel wasn't as good as we thought it would be. Firstly, we waited quite some time for check it because the person couldn't find some records. Next, this was our first wedding annivesary trip and I had mention it to the hotel. But there was no special arragemet made, a little disappointing. Thirdly, the TV reception in our room was eally bad, the TV channels aren't clear and so is the Wifi, moreover we paid for internet services. Lastly, we went for the BBQ dinner, limited food variety and the food wasn't fresh, it's an unfulfilling dinner. Generally, it wasn't a good expeience and not an enjoyable stay or memorable wedding annivesary.

Huge space hotel helds

everything was perfect to me such as food, facilities and ect. also i had a fun with girls band every night, it was lovely songs from them with different languages. the see just 100 meters away from the hotel. you can also find the excursions. i visited a crocodile farm. it was spectacular!i really recommended this type of hotel for a couples and for families.
