Weekend getaway with some drawbacks

We booked the Pulai Desaru Beach Resort as a weekend getaway from Singapore. After arrival my wife and me got a room with 2 single beds. Upon request they changed to a room with kingsize bed. As I could see and hear at the reception counter, many other people had been faced by the same problem. In our room the aircon did not work, upon request they sent 2 maintenance guys the next morning, slightly better but not really cool air!Wifi is MYR 25.00 a day,but receptionist suggested not to book, as the speed would be very slow...?! Biggest desaster is their pool bar, try to avoid! Have to wait 30min for a drink, upon request the girl behind the bar told "that she is busy...". Their Tepanyaki Restaurant is so far ok, but the staff could not handle the guests, many dirty plates and glasses on the not occupied tables. Poor service! After all this resort is not worth the price you pay for it.
