Smelly, Dirty and Old
quiet, cool breeze, parking
2.3
The Apartment is old and very badly maintained. The carpet in the apartment is smelly and the the toilet and kitchen is dirty. There is a urgent need to renovate the apartment. The TV is small and old and the reception is bad. No utensil was provided in the kitchen. The place on the whole looks dirty and not inviting. We do not feel cosy and comfortable in the apartment. We would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Diabolical place. Avoid!
The location is nice, but other than that I have nothing good to say
3
In my many years booking through I have never stayed in a worse place. Upon arrival the room was filthy, all the facilities listed were unavailable. Even simple things like a BBQ pit was in disrepair. Although advertised as having a kitchen there was on hot plate that worked and no plates, utensils etc. The TV didn't work and when we brought all this too the attention of the proprietor he did little to fix any of this. Thank goodness I was only there for one night! Avoid this place

Unfriendly reception., uneventful check in.
Centrally located, peaceful, kitchen and lobby looks new.

I arrived and did not feel that I got a friendly reception. Felt more like I was running some errands at a government service counter. Within seconds, I got the key and a map to drive to the apartment. The tag on the key was written Fraser Silverpark Resort which I have purposely tried to avoid as I've read bad reviews about it. The room I was given was on the 6th floor of the walk up apartment when the rest was unoccupied. Room looked pretty run down and isolated. I felt more like a refugee being on the top floor of the empty apartment. I refused to accept the room and requested to move into the hotel room at the hotel where I checked in instead. No refund for RM100 standard room and so I went for RM120 deluxe room with twin beds for just myself. The room was at he corner and all I saw out of the window was the a slope behind the hotel. I didn't like it and when I checked again with the receptionist, she abruptly said that all standard rooms(front facing) are fully occupied and that's the last remaining deluxe room available. I dislike having no choice and to secure with what was given when was not happy with what I've paid for. It was below my expectation. I asked to be upgraded with no extra charges since she did not have another deluxe room I could choose from but she refused or just give my money back and I just walk into another property for a room of my choice. Finally, she gave me a key to another room but it was worse, not because it's on the 4th floor, still back facing, but the light was faulty and I could see stains on the sheets.

relax, unwind and recharge from the hustle bustle
scenic mountain view, spacious, clean

The place is comfortable. However, insufficient hot water supply for shower. Should equipt with basic cups, plates, glasses.
Also should consider insect screen for sliding door. Fitness centre was not accessible.

Nice play to stay with a group of travelers
Quite surroundings amongst the lush but cool tropical rain forest. Minimum traffic flow, ample parking.
5.7
Nice hotel apartment with basic kitchen,no utensils provided except for some coffee mugs. Rooms are relatively comfortable for a two star hotel although the bathrooms are in need of repairs. Some soaps and towels are provided but no hair shampoos. No replacement of bedsheets or coffee and tea bags. Living room sofa set are old and rundown.

Very poorly kept apartments. We were dissappointed
The drive up to Frasers Hill was beautiful.

After a beautiful drive up the Hill, we were very disapointed with the standard of accomodation of the apartments.
We changed to the Inn and two bedrooms. The Inn was much better situated in the middle of "town".
The rooms were very small but a huge improvement.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Be aware that accomodation is very limited and basic.
We however had a wonderful afternoon tea at the "Smokehouse", which was recommended by the receptionist.
