the nice location of the hotel, the way the hotel is desined the relaxing atmosphere , in addition to the nice services provided.

to me it was excellent i did not see weak points.

it was a wonderful stay in such place which has all the beauty of the nature . the pleasent atmosphere provided by the hotel staff,wen I swa the place I could not believe that such nice and woderful services can be provided in such nice way and hospitality. my wife could not believe it too.such a wonderful place it beauty made by nature and human.

1.Can do with better internet connection.

We just got back after spending a wonderful weekend at the Awana Genting Golf & Country Resort with my wife & 2 preteen children. It was a most relaxing holiday with plenty of options for the kids to burn their adrenalin. The location is very convenient - just an hour's drive from KL and the view from our 22nd floor room is fantastic. We hope to comeback here whenever there is an attractive offer!

golf view

the bed is hard and not balance

the hotel location is not near with the other hotels. when we want to go up, we have to use the skyway, or taxi or bus, but still good hotel though. i like the view. the room also big, but the matress not balance, so when we sleeping, kind a not straight, but still ok for overall. but overall, we also like to stay the awana hotel.
